Abstract

A smoking tool includes a pipe body, a holder and a control valve. The pipe body has a top opening, a bottom wall, and a smoke storage chamber for containing a filtering agent. The holder, which is detachably supported at the pipe body, includes a cup for holding a predetermined amount of herb scraps such as tobacco to be burnt therein. The control valve is operatively provided at a bottom portion of the pipe body for discharging the filtering agent from the smoke storage chamber in a controlling manner, wherein when the control valve is opened for discharging the filtering agent from the smoke storage chamber to create a suction effect therewithin at the same time that the herb scraps is burnt to generate smoke, the smoke is sucked into the smoke storage chamber through the smoke guiding tube and is filtered by the filtering agent.

1 . A smoking tool, comprising:
 a pipe body having a top opening, a bottom wall, and a smoke storage chamber defining between said top opening and said bottom wall for containing a filtering agent in liquid form within said smoke storage chamber;   a holder, which is detachably supported at said pipe body in an air tight manner, comprising a cup for holding a predetermined amount of herb scraps to be burnt therein, and a smoke guiding tube extended from said cup towards said bottom wall of said pipe body at a position that a bottom opening end of said smoke guiding tube is positioned below a water level of said filtering agent; and   a control valve operatively provided at a bottom portion of said pipe body for discharging said filtering agent from said smoke storage chamber in a controlling manner, thereby when said control valve is opened for discharging said filtering agent from said smoke storage chamber to create a suction effect therewithin at the same time that said herb scraps are burnt to create smoke, said smoke is sucked into said smoke storage chamber through said smoke guiding tube and is filtered by said filtering agent, wherein when said control valve is closed for stop discharging said filtering agent from said smoke storage chamber, said smoke is stored in said smoke storage chamber for being further consumed.   
     
     
         2 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said control valve is positioned below said bottom opening end of said smoke guiding tube when said holder supported at said pipe body such that such that when said control valve is opened for discharging said filtering agent to create said suction effect, said control valve is adapted for controlling a discharging rate of said filtering agent to control a burning rate of said herb scraps so as to selectively control a concentration of said smoke collected in said pipe body. 
     
     
         3 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said pipe body further has a discharge opening formed at said bottom wall of said pipe body, and said control valve comprises a switch controller movably supported at said bottom wall of said pipe body between an opened position that said discharge opening is opened for discharging said filtering agent from said smoke storage chamber and a closed position that said discharge opening is closed for retaining said filtering agent in said smoke storage chamber.

The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said pipe body further has a discharge opening formed at said bottom wall of said pipe body, and said control valve comprises a switch controller movably supported at said bottom wall of said pipe body between an opened position that said discharge opening is opened for discharging said filtering agent from said smoke storage chamber and a closed position that said discharge opening is closed for retaining said filtering agent in said smoke storage chamber.

The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said switch controller comprises a valve member, having a passage hole, rotatably mounted at said bottom wall of said pipe body and a controller handle pivotally mounted to said pipe body to drive said valve member to rotate at a position said passage hole is aligned with said discharge opening for discharging said filtering agent and said passage hole is misaligned with said discharge opening to retain said filtering agent in said smoke storage chamber. 
     
     
         6 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 4 , wherein said switch controller comprises a valve member, having a passage hole, rotatably mounted at said bottom wall of said pipe body and a controller handle pivotally mounted to said pipe body to drive said valve member to rotate at a position said passage hole is aligned with said discharge opening for discharging said filtering agent and said passage hole is misaligned with said discharge opening to retain said filtering agent in said smoke storage chamber. 
     
     
         7 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 1 , further comprising a discharge collector, having a collecting chamber, detachably mounted underneath said pipe body to communicate said collecting chamber with said smoke storage chamber through said control valve, such that when said control valve is opened for discharging said filtering agent, said discharge collector collects said filtering agent within said collecting chamber for recycling used. 
     
     
         8 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 4 , further comprising a discharge collector, having a collecting chamber, detachably mounted underneath said pipe body to communicate said collecting chamber with said smoke storage chamber through said control valve, such that when said control valve is opened for discharging said filtering agent, said discharge collector collects said filtering agent within said collecting chamber for recycling used.

The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 6 , further comprising a discharge collector, having a collecting chamber, detachably mounted underneath said pipe body to communicate said collecting chamber with said smoke storage chamber through said control valve, such that when said control valve is opened for discharging said filtering agent, said discharge collector collects said filtering agent within said collecting chamber for recycling used. 
     
     
         10 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said pipe body comprises a hollow pipe stem defining said top opening at one open end thereof, a top sealing lid detachably and sealingly coupling at said top opening of said pipe stem, and a bottom sealing lid detachably and sealingly coupling at another open end of said pipe stem to define said bottom wall at said bottom sealing lid and to support said control valve in position.

The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 6 , wherein said pipe body comprises a hollow pipe stem defining said top opening at one open end thereof, a top sealing lid detachably and sealingly coupling at said top opening of said pipe stem, and a bottom sealing lid detachably and sealingly coupling at another open end of said pipe stem to define said bottom wall at said bottom sealing lid and to support said control valve in position. 
     
     
         12 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 9 , wherein said pipe body comprises a hollow pipe stem defining said top opening at one open end thereof, a top sealing lid detachably and sealingly coupling at said top opening of said pipe stem, and a bottom sealing lid detachably and sealingly coupling at another open end of said pipe stem to define said bottom wall at said bottom sealing lid and to support said control valve in position. 
     
     
         13 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 11 , wherein said bottom sealing lid has an elongated sealing channel transversely extended therefrom to rotatably receive said valve member in said sealing channel, wherein said valve member is an elongated shaft having said passage hole longitudinally formed thereon and is coupled with said controller handle, such that said controller handle is pivotally moved to drive said valve member to align said passage hole with said discharge opening for discharging said filtering agent. 
     
     
         14 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 12 , wherein said bottom sealing lid has an elongated sealing channel transversely extended therefrom to rotatably receive said valve member in said sealing channel, wherein said valve member is an elongated shaft having said passage hole longitudinally formed thereon and is coupled with said controller handle, such that said controller handle is pivotally moved to drive said valve member to align said passage hole with said discharge opening for discharging said filtering agent. 
     
     
         15 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein said top sealing lid has a guiding hole for said smoke guiding tube slidably passing therethrough and a sealing ring formed at a circumferential edge of said guiding hole to sealingly engage with said smoke guiding tube in an air tight manner. 
     
     
         16 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 12 , wherein said top sealing lid has a guiding hole for said smoke guiding tube slidably passing therethrough and a sealing ring formed at a circumferential edge of said guiding hole to sealingly engage with said smoke guiding tube in an air tight manner. 
     
     
         17 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 14 , wherein said top sealing lid has a guiding hole for said smoke guiding tube slidably passing therethrough and a sealing ring formed at a circumferential edge of said guiding hole to sealingly engage with said smoke guiding tube in an air tight manner. 
     
     
         18 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 12 , further comprising a smoking tube for a smoker consuming said smoke in said smoke storage chamber, wherein said smoking tube is detachably coupled with said pipe body and is extended to said smoke storage chamber through said top sealing lid. 
     
     
         19 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 14 , further comprising a smoking tube for a smoker consuming said smoke in said smoke storage chamber, wherein said smoking tube is detachably coupled with said pipe body and is extended to said smoke storage chamber through said top sealing lid. 
     
     
         20 . The smoking tool, as recited in  claim 17 , further comprising a smoking tube for a smoker consuming said smoke in said smoke storage chamber, wherein said smoking tube is detachably coupled with said pipe body and is extended to said smoke storage chamber through said top sealing lid. 
     
     
         21 . A method of producing and filtering smoke from herb scraps by suction effect, comprising the steps of:
 (a) providing a predetermined amount of filtering agent in a smoke storage chamber of a pipe body;   (b) burning a predetermined amount of herb scraps and producing smoke;   (c) delivering said smoke into said filtering agent in said smoke storage chamber of said pipe body;   (d) gradually discharging said filtering agent from said smoke storage chamber to generate a suction effect within said smoke storage chamber;   (e) sucking said smoke into said smoke storage chamber and filtering said smoke by said filtering agent to form a filtered smoke; and   (f) storing said filtered smoke in said smoke storage chamber thereby a user is capable of inhaling said filtered smoke anytime.   
     
     
         22 . The method, as recited in  claim 21 , wherein in the step (d), said filtering agent is discharged from said smoke storage chamber at a predetermined discharging rate by means of a control valve provided at a discharge opening formed in said pipe body. 
     
     
         23 . The method, as recited in  claim 21 , wherein in the step (e), when said filtering agent is being discharged, said smoke of said herb scraps is controllably sucked into said smoke storage chamber and is arranged to pass through said filtering agent for filtering of said smoke. 
     
     
         24 . The method, as recited in  claim 21 , wherein a concentration of said filtered smoke is controlled by a discharging rate of said filtering agent and an amount of said filtering agent being discharged from said smoke storage chamber. 
     
     
         25 . The method, as recited in  claim 22 , wherein a concentration of said filtered smoke is controlled by a discharging rate of said filtering agent and an amount of said filtering agent being discharged from said smoke storage chamber. 
     
     
         26 . The method, as recited in  claim 21 , wherein said step (d) comprises the steps of:
 (d.1) opening a control valve communicating with said smoke storage chamber to align said discharge opening with a passage hole of said control valve, wherein said filtering agent in said smoke storage chamber is arranged to be discharged out of said smoke storage chamber via said discharge opening and said passage hole at a predetermined discharging rate; and   (d.2) closing said control valve when said suction of said smoke is completed, wherein said filtered smoke of said herb scraps are stored within said smoke storage chamber for future consumption by a smoker.   
     
     
         27 . The method, as recited in  claim 21 , wherein in the step (c), said smoke is delivered into a lower portion of said filtering agent in said smoke storage chamber. 
     
     
         28 . The method, as recited in  claim 21 , after the step (f), further comprising a step (g) of detachably coupling a smoking tube to said pipe body, wherein said smoking tube is extended from said smoke storage chamber through a top sealing lid for allowing a smoker to inhale said filtered smoke conveniently through said smoking tube. 
     
     
         30 . The method, as recited in  claim 21 , wherein in the step (d), said filtering agent is discharged to a collecting chamber of a discharge collector which is detachably mounted underneath said pipe body.
