Abstract
A hub associated with a shaft in a motor includes a hub, a metal sleeve base and a shaft. The hub has a bush disposed at the center of the inner side of a lateral wall thereof and the sleeve base is inserted in and joined to the bush. The shaft has an end thereof is joined to the bush and another end thereof extending outward from the bush. The metal sleeve base provides an effect of more steadily locating the shaft during a manufacturing process for the shaft being joined to the hub. Hence, it secures the rotational center of the shaft aligns with the axial line of the hub without deviation and the production cost is saved substantially.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A hub associated with a shaft in a motor, comprising:
a hub, having a fan wheel shell with a circular lateral wall and having a bush being disposed at the center of the inside of the lateral wall; a metal sleeve base, being disposed in the bush, providing a circular base plate with a sleeve section extending from the base plate, the circular base plate having an outer diameter being greater than that of the sleeve section; and a shaft with two end, one of the end being inserted into and joined to a center hole of the bush and another one of the ends extending outward axially.
2 . The hub associated with a shaft in a motor as defined in claim 1 , wherein the sleeve base provides a flange at a lateral side thereof opposite to the base plate and the bush provides an annular recess corresponding to the flange.
3 . The hub associated with a shaft as defined in claim 1 , wherein the metal sleeve base has hardness less than the shaft.Cited by (0)
