Abstract

The invention relates to a device for the display of a tagging item, such as an advertising leaflet, or the like, on a shelf of a selling surface. The tagging item is presented vertically and notably protrudes externally and at a right angle from the front of the shelf. The device includes at least one supporting wing fitted with a mount cooperative with orifices of the shelf. The supporting wing has a holder for the tagging item. The mount includes a foot slaved to the lower end of the supporting wing and fitted with a rear rod. The rod runs through one orifice in order to protrude downwards, below the shelf, when the foot rests on the upper surface of the shelf. A removable counter-rest sleeve includes a planar extension cooperative with the lower surface of the shelf the sleeve has a mechanism for engaging into/disengaging from the rear rod.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A device for the display of a tagging item, such as an advertising leaflet, or the like, on a shelf of a selling surface, said device being provided for exhibiting said tagging item vertically, said tagging item protruding notably externally and at a right angle from a front of said shelf, said shelf having orifices drilled therethrough, said device comprising:
at least one supporting wing fitted with mounting means provided for co-operating with said orifices of said shelf for attachment to said shelf, said supporting wing comprising means for holding said tagging item by an edge of said tagging item, said mounting means comprising: a foot, slaved to a lower end of the supporting wing and fitted with a rear rod, said rear rod running through one of said orifices of said shelf and protruding downwards below said shelf when said foot rests on an upper surface of said shelf; and a counter-rest sleeve being removable and having a planar extension cooperative with the lower surface of said shelf, the sleeve having means for engaging into/disengaging from said rear rod.

2 . A device according to claim 1 , wherein the said foot is comprised of a base resting on the upper surface of said shelf, and one or several toes positioned for cooperation with said orifices of said shelf.

       3 . A device according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a guiding means coupling said counter-rest sleeve and said rear rod to one another according to a determined relative angular position.

4 . A device according to claim 3 , wherein said planar extension protrudes laterally to a body of the sleeve, said guiding means directing said planar extension so that said planar extension optimally opposes action of a torque induced by weight of said tagging item slaved cantilever to said supporting wing.

5 . A device according to claim 3 , wherein said guiding means comprises a groove of said rear rod and a rib of the counter-rest sleeve, or conversely.

6 . A device according to claim 5 , wherein said groove and said rib exhibit V-shaped complementary profiles.

7 . A device according to claim 1 , wherein the engaging/disengaging means is comprised of an elastic tongue of the body of the sleeve, said elastic tongue having an end with a locking finger engaged into a cavity of said rear rod.

8 . A device according to claim 7 , wherein said end of said elastic tongue is provided with a gripping extension to enable disengagement of the sleeve.

       9 . A device according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a reinforcement fitting joining the body of said counter-rest sleeve to said planar extension.

10 . A method of manufacture of a device for the display of a tagging item according to claim 1 , wherein different elements forming the device are comprised of plastic material and obtained by injection-moulding techniques.
