Abstract

A golf-club head cleaning device which includes a container body configuration with externally mounted control switch and having an interior main body including a top brush, a top cover, a power brush module mechanism, a motor, a middle housing, a blower, a bottom cover and a chargeable battery. The top brush which is a soft brush body is mounted within a bottom holding seat of a middle slot of the top cover, forming into a brushing device for the first brushing of the golf club head. The top cover is disposed within the middle housing and has a face which is positioned at the middle slot having the bottom holding seat for the mounting of the top brush; The cleaning device facilitates cleaning process of club head and provides an effective way of cleaning the grooves of the club head.

A golf-club head cleaning device having a container body configuration with externally mounted control switch and having an interior main body including a top brush, a top cover, a power brush module mechanism, motor, a middle housing, a blower, a bottom cover and a chargeable battery, characterized in that
 the top brush which is a soft brush body is mounted within a bottom holding seat of a middle slot of the top cover, forming into a brushing device for the first brushing of the golf club head;   a top cover is disposed within the middle housing and has a face which is positioned at the middle slot having the bottom holding seat for the mounting of the top brush;   the power brush module mechanism including a power brush module, a main shaft, a top-middle partition plate, a main frictional wheel, a driven frictional wheel and a bottom-middle partition plate, wherein the main frictional wheel is connected to the main shaft of the motor so as to contact the frictional wheel and to drive the driven frictional wheel, the shaft of the driven frictional wheel is mounted into a shaft hole of the power brush module and is locked by a locking nut, the lower section of the main shaft is connected respectively by a mounting shaft and a bearing with the hole formed by the top and middle partition plate and the driven frictional wheel and the bottom and middle partition plate, the top and middle partition plate is locked to the bottom-middle partition plate and a plurality of locking seat lugs at the edge are used to lock to a support at the bottom section of the middle housing, the top and middle partition plate and the bottom and middle partition plate form into a cavity at the two lateral sides such that the brush off sand, mud or dust fall into this cavity for discharging;   the motor is mounted between the power brush module and the bottom slot formed at the middle housing and is driven by the charging battery to drive the main frictional wheel;   the middle housing is covered from the top portion by the top cover and the support at the bottom of the middle housing is for the mounting of the top and bottom partition plate, and the bottom section has an arch-shaped slot;   the blower is mounted at the bottom section of the main shaft of the motor to generate air to the bottom cover;   the bottom cover is locked to the bottom section of the middle housing and the inner edge face is provided with a plurality of discharging plates having a discharging port at the end of plate; and   the chargeable battery is enclosed by a battery shell to provide power to the motor.   
   
   
       2 . The golf-club head cleaning device of  claim 1 , wherein the frictional wheel is driven be belt or the like. 
   
   
       3 . The golf-club head cleaning device of  claim 1 , wherein the power brush module is provided with a bottom brush to provide efficient cleaning. 
   
   
       4 . The golf-club head cleaning device of  claim 1 , wherein the bottom cover is a receptacle for collecting of sand, mud and dust.
