Abstract
Methods for treatment, diagnosis, and screening are provided for diseases or conditions characterized by an abnormality in a signal transduction disorder. The signal transduction pathway involves an interaction between a PH domain and a PH domain binding partner.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Composition for treatment of a disease or condition characterized by an abnormality in a signal transduction pathway, wherein said signal transduction pathway involves the interaction between a PH domain and a PH domain binding partner, comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a specific PH domain binding partner and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent.
2 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein said binding partner has submicromolar affinity for a PH domain.
3 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein said binding partner is an antagonist.
4 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein said binding partner is an agonist.
5 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein said binding partner is a ligand.
6 . Composition for treatment of a disease or condition characterized by an abnormality in a signal transduction pathway, wherein said signal transduction pathway involves the interaction between a PH, domain and a PH domain binding partner, comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a mimetic of a specific PH domain binding partner and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent.
7 . The composition of claim 5 , wherein said binding partner has submicromolar affinity for a PH domain.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
