Abstract

An electrolytic apparatus for molten salt disposed on an electrolytic cell to electrolyze an electrolytic bath consisting of the mixed molten salt. The apparatus including a first heat exchanging means to heat and/or cool an electrolytic cell body. The apparatus including a support member comprising one of a flange part and an upper lid. The apparatus including a cover member. The apparatus including an electric insulating material and a gas sealing material disposed between the support member and the cover member for simultaneous electric insulation and gas sealing.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An electrolytic apparatus for molten salt disposed on an electrolytic cell to electrolyze an electrolytic bath consisting of the mixed molten salt, the apparatus comprising:
a first heat exchanging means to heat and/or cool an electrolytic cell body; and an electric insulating material and a gas sealing material configured to simultaneously electrically insulate and gas seal the electrolytic cell.

2 . An electrolytic apparatus for molten salt according to claim 1 , wherein the first heat exchanging means includes a flow line to flow a heat exchanging medium around the electrolytic cell.

3 . An electrolytic apparatus for molten salt according to claim 1 , wherein the heat exchanging means is a highly electric insulating fluid.

4 . An electrolytic apparatus for molten salt according to claim 1 , wherein the electrolytic cell is disposed in a box, the box configured to open at an upper part.

5 . An electrolytic apparatus for molten salt according to claim 1 , wherein the mixed molten salt comprises of hydrogen fluoride.
