Abstract

A fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply includes a frame, a first blade wheel, a second blade wheel and a guide flow part. The frame is a hollow casing to define a flow passage with a first air port and a second air port available for air passing through. The guide flow part is held with a support in the flow passage and a driving device is received in the support. The first blade wheel with first fan blades and the second blade wheel with second fan blades are disposed in the flow passage next to the support for being driven by the driving device. The number of the first fan blades is more than that of the second fan blades. Once the first and second fan wheels are in operation, air induced by the fan wheels is guided by the guide flow part and air pressure and air supply of the fan system are increased substantively due to number of the first fan blades being greater than that of the second fan blades.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply comprising:
a frame being a hollow casing to define a flow passage with a first air port and a second air port available for air passing through, having a guide flow part being held with a support, and a driving device being received in the support; a first blade wheel with a plurality of first fan blades and a second fan wheel with a plurality of second fan blades being disposed in the flow passage next to the support for being driven by the driving device and first fan blades being more than the second fan blades; whereby, once the first and second fan wheels are in operation, air induced by the fan wheels is guided by the guide flow part and air pressure and air supply are increased substantively due to number of the first fan blades being greater than that of the second fan blades such that heat from a heat generating object, which is disposed next to the first air port or the next to the second the second air port, is removed effectively.

2 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 1 , wherein the first blade wheel has a size greater that the second blade wheel.

3 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 1 , wherein the first air part is expended to provide an enlarged opening.

4 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 1 , wherein the second air part is converged to provide a reduced opening.

5 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 3 , wherein the first air port with the enlarged opening has a slant shaped surface.

6 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 4 , wherein the second air port with the reduced opening has a slant shaped surface.

7 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 3 , the first air port with the enlarged opening has a concave outward curved surface.

8 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 3 , wherein the first air port with the enlarged opening has a concave inward curved surface.

9 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 4 , wherein the second air port with the reduced opening has a converging and then diverging shaped curved surface.

10 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 4 , wherein the second air port with the reduced opening has a concave inward curved surface.

11 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 4 , wherein the first blade wheel is disposed near the first air port.

12 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 1 , wherein the second blade wheel is disposed near the second air port.

13 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 1 , wherein the guide flow part has a plurality of static blades joined to the support.

14 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 1 , wherein the guide flow part with the support is disposed in the middle of the flow passage.

15 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 1 , wherein the guide flow part with the support is disposed near the first fan wheel.

16 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 1 , wherein the guide flow part with the support is disposed near the second fan wheel.

17 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 1 , wherein the first and the second fan wheels have a hub with a round end respectively.

18 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 1 , wherein the first and the second fan wheels have a hub with a triangular cone end respectively.

19 . The fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply as defined in claim 1 , wherein the first and the second fan wheels have a hub with a bevel shaped end respectively.
