Abstract

A gaming machine including a controller is provided. The controller is configured with logic to: (a) distribute cards to a player; (b) exchange one or more cards among a set of the cards initially distributed to the player with different cards in accordance with selection by the player; (c) execute a win game in which the player wins a predetermined award when a final set of cards includes a first predetermined card combination; (d) execute a plurality of high-probability win games in a subsequent game when the final set of cards includes a second predetermined card combination; and (e) vary an award for a specified card combination in each of the plurality of high-probability win games.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A gaming machine comprising:
a controller configured with logic to: a) distribute cards to a player; b) exchange one or more cards among a set of the cards initially distributed to the player with different cards in accordance with selection by the player; c) execute a win game in which the player wins a predetermined award when a final set of cards includes a first predetermined card combination; d) execute a plurality of high-probability win games in a subsequent game when the final set of cards includes a second predetermined card combination; and (e) vary an award for a specified card combination in each of the plurality of high-probability win games.

2 . The gaming machine according to claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured with logic to vary of the award for the specified card combination prior to a start of a game.

3 . The gaming machine according to claim 2 , further comprising a touch panel, wherein the controller varies the award for the specified card combination, receiving a signal from the touch panel operated by the player.

4 . The gaming machine according to claim 1 , further comprising a touch panel, wherein the controller varies the award for the specified card combination, receiving a signal from the touch panel operated by the player.

       5 . A gaming machine comprising:
a controller configured with logic to: a) distribute cards to a player; b) exchange one or more cards among a set of the cards initially distributed to the player with different cards in accordance with selection by the player; c) execute a win game in which the player wins a predetermined award when a final set of cards includes a first predetermined card combination; d) execute a plurality of high-probability win games in a subsequent game when the final set of cards includes a second predetermined card combination; and e) vary an award for a specified card combination prior to a start of a game in each of the plurality of high-probability win games.

6 . The gaming machine according to claim 5 , further comprising a touch panel, wherein the controller varies the award for the specified card combination, receiving a signal from the touch panel operated by the player.

       7 . A gaming machine comprising:
a controller; and touch panel, wherein the controller is configured with logic to: a) distribute cards to a player; b) exchange one or more cards among a set of the cards initially distributed to the player with different cards in accordance with selection by the player; c) execute a win game in which the player wins a predetermined award when a final set of cards includes a first predetermined card combination; d) execute a plurality of high-probability win games in a subsequent game when the final set of cards includes a second predetermined card combination; and (e) vary an award for a specified card combination prior to a start of a game in each of the plurality of high-probability win games, and wherein the controller varies the award for the specified card combination, receiving a signal from the touch panel operated by the player.

8 . A method of controlling a gaming machine that comprises a controller and a touch panel, the method comprising the steps of:
 (a) distributing cards to a player; (b) exchanging one or more cards among a set of the cards initially distributed to the player with different cards in accordance with selection by the player; (c) executing a win game in which the player wins a predetermined award when a final set of cards includes a first predetermined card combination; (d) executing a plurality of high-probability win games in a subsequent game when the final set of cards includes a second predetermined card combination; and (e) varying an award for a specified card combination in each of the plurality of high-probability win games.

9 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein the award for the specified card combination is varied prior to a start of a game in the step (e).

10 . The method according to claim 9 , wherein the award for the specified card combination is varied in the step (e), receiving a signal from the touch panel operated by the player.

11 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein the award for the specified card combination is varied in the step (e), receiving a signal from the touch panel operated by the player.

12 . A method of playing a game, comprising the steps of:
 (a) distributing cards to a player; (b) exchanging one or more cards among a set of the cards initially distributed to the player with different cards in accordance with selection by the player; (c) executing a win game in which the player wins a predetermined award when a final set of cards includes a first predetermined card combination; (d) executing a plurality of high-probability win games in a subsequent game when the final set of cards includes a second predetermined card combination; and (e) varying an award for a specified card combination in each of the plurality of high-probability win games.
