Falling Rock Preventing Fence With Fabrication Typewire Net
Abstract
A falling rock preventing fence assembled with a steel net is disclosed, in which a plurality of support members are provided in a pipe shape having a rectangular grooves in upper and lower longitudinal directions, with the support member being installed on the ground at regular intervals, and both ends of the steel net formed in a rectangular plate shape are inserted into the rectangular grooves of the neighboring support member and are fixed using a fixture such as a bolt, etc., and the upper and lower portions of the steel nets stacked in the upper and lower direction are connected with a connection member such as a bolt, etc., and the strength of the steel net is enhanced by the rectangular grooves longitudinally formed in the support member and the end of the steel net inserted in the rectangular groove.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . In a falling rock preventing fence which includes a plurality of support members 10 vertically installed on the ground at regular intervals, a plurality of wire ropes 20 which horizontally pass through the support members 10 , a plurality of wire rope fixtures 21 which are fixedly installed at the support members 10 provided at both ends for thereby fixing the both ends of the wire rope 20 , and a steel net 30 installed at a back surface of the support member, a falling rock preventing fence assembled with a steel net characterized in that the support member 10 is formed in such a manner that a rectangular groove 12 is formed over the entire length of the back surface of the body 11 formed in a pipe shape, and a rope through hole 15 passes through the outer surface of the body 11 and the lateral side of the both sides of the rectangular groove 12 ; the steel net 30 is formed in such a manner that a groove insertion portion 32 inserted into the rectangular groove 12 of the support member 10 is formed at both sides of the steel net body 31 formed in a rectangular plate shape so that it is inserted between the neighboring support members 10 , and an upper and lower connection portion 35 is formed at the upper and lower portions of the steel net body 31 for engaging the upper and lower portions of the steel net 30 stacked between the support members 10 ; and the wire rope 20 horizontally passes through the rope through hole 15 formed at the support member 10 ; and two groove insertion portions 32 installed near the lateral sides and meeting with each other are inserted into the rectangular groove 12 of the support member 10 , and a cover member 1 is installed at the rear side of two groove insertion portions 32 inserted together with the rectangular groove 12 for supporting the lateral ends of the steel net 30 , and the support member 10 and the steel net 30 are fixed using a fixing bolt 2 or a U bolt.
2 . The wall of claim 1 , wherein said groove insertion portion 32 is bent at both sides of the rectangular frame 37 in which the steel net body 37 is fixed, and the cut portion 33 through which the wire rope 20 passes and the bolt insertion hole 34 through which the fixing bolt 2 passes are formed at the groove insertion portion 32 , and the upper and lower connection portion 35 is formed at the upper and lower ends of the rectangular frame 37 in which the horizontal steel plate is horizontally bent, and an engaging hole 36 is formed at the horizontal steel plate and is engaged using a screw or a rivet; and an angular pipe 3 is inserted between two groove insertion portions 32 inserted together with the rectangular groove 12 .
3 . The wall of claim 1 , wherein said groove insertion portion 32 is bent at both sides of the rectangular frame 37 in which the steel net body 31 is fixed, and the bent width portion of the groove insertion portion 32 is bent in a channel shape as wide as the half of the width of the rectangular groove 12 , and a cut portion 33 is formed at the groove insertion portion 32 with the wire rope 20 passing through the cut portion 33 , and the upper and lower connection portion 35 is formed at the upper and lower ends of the rectangular frame 37 so that the horizontal steel plate is horizontally bent, and an engaging hole 36 is engaged at the horizontal steel plate using a screw or a rivet.
4 . The wall of claim 1 , wherein said steel net body 31 is engaged in a rectangular net shape in which a plurality of vertical and horizontal wires 31 a and 31 b are engaged, and an upper and lower connection portion 35 is formed at the upper and lower ends of the vertical wire 31 a in a right triangle shape, and the upper and lower connection portions 35 contacting with each other are engaged using a clip 38 , and the horizontal wire 31 b is protruded from both ends of the steel net body 31 , and the groove insertion portion 32 is engaged at the protruded ends, and a cut portion 33 is formed at the groove insertion portion 32 with the wire rope 20 passing through the cut portion, and an angular pipe 3 is inserted between two groove insertion portions 32 inserted together with the rectangular groove 12 .Cited by (0)
