Abstract

A grinding assembly includes a motor with a transmission pipe connected thereto and a male connector is connected to the transmission pipe. A spiral pipe is received in the transmission pipe and a steel cable extends through the spiral pipe. A distal end of the steel cable is connected to a driving member which extends through a passage in the male connector. A handle has a female connector which is connected with the male connector. The female connector includes an axle received therein which includes a connection hole defined in a first end thereof. The driving member is engaged with the connection hole. A grinding wheel is connected to a second end of the axle. A bearing is received in the male connector and the driving member extends through the bearing so that when the driving member rotates, the driving member does not contact with an inner periphery of the passage and can be operated at high speed.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A grinding assembly comprising:
a motor; a transmission pipe having one end connected to the motor and a male connector connected to the other end of the transmission pipe, the transmission pipe including soft hose and a guide pipe which is received in the soft hose, the soft hose including a plastic outer pipe and an inner bellow pipe received in the plastic outer pipe, the guide pipe including a spiral pipe and a steel cable which extending through the spiral pipe, a distal end of the steel cable connected to a driving member which extends through a passage in the male connector; a handle having a female connector which is connected with the male connector, the female connector including an axle received therein and the axle including a connection hole defined in a first end thereof, the driving member engaged with the connection hole, a grinding wheel connected to a second end of the axle, and a bearing received in the male connector and the driving member extending through the bearing so that a gap defined between an inner periphery of the passage and the driving member.

2 . The assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the passage includes a first space and a second space, the first space being larger than the second space, the bearing is engaged with the first space.

3 . The assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a bail is connected to the motor.
