Cleaning method and system for used paper recycling apparatus

Abstract

The invention presents a cleaning method and a cleaning method for realizing a used paper recycling apparatus of furniture size, being installed in a room of a small shop or general household, friendly to the environment, and low in running cost. In the cleaning system, the white water dewatered and collected in the paper making section is used as cleaning water, and circulated in the pulp making section and pulp concentration adjusting section, so that the pulp making section and pulp concentration adjusting section may be cleaned. As a result, used paper pulp remaining in the parts of apparatus sections can effective cleaned and removed, troubles due to drying of remaining used paper pulp can be avoided, such as sticking of valves and failure of pumps due to dried used paper pulp, and occurrence of error in concentration adjustment due to residual pulp may be prevented.

A cleaning method for a used paper recycling apparatus for cleaning the apparatus sections of the used paper recycling apparatus comprising, in an apparatus case of furniture size small enough to be installed at the site of origin of used paper, a pulp making section for manufacturing used paper pulp by macerating and mashing used paper, a pulp concentration adjusting section for adjusting the concentration of used paper pulp manufactured in the pulp making section, and a paper making section for manufacturing recycled paper by making the used paper pulp adjusted the concentration thereof in the pulp concentration adjusting section, 
       wherein the water dewatered and collected in the paper making section is circulated as cleaning water at least in the pulp making section and pulp concentration adjusting section, so that the pulp making section and pulp concentration adjusting section may be cleaned. 
     
     
         2 . The cleaning method for a used paper recycling apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the cleaning water is circulated in the pulp making section and pulp concentration adjusting section by plural times. 
     
     
         3 . The cleaning method for a used paper recycling apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the cleaning water is purified by making paper from the water used in cleaning by the paper making section. 
     
     
         4 . The cleaning method for a used paper recycling apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein the cleaning water is purified by making paper from the water used in cleaning by the paper making section. 
     
     
         5 . The cleaning method for a used paper recycling apparatus of any one of  claims 1  to  4 , wherein the circulation cleaning by water dewatered and collected in the paper making section is executed upon every end of used paper recycling operation. 
     
     
         6 . The cleaning method for a used paper recycling apparatus of any one of  claims 1  to  4 , wherein the circulation cleaning by water dewatered and collected in the paper making section is executed upon end of day's used paper recycling operation. 
     
     
         7 . A cleaning system for a used paper recycling apparatus for cleaning the apparatus sections of the used paper recycling apparatus comprising, in an apparatus case of furniture size small enough to be installed at the site of origin of used paper, a pulp making section for manufacturing used paper pulp by macerating and mashing used paper, a pulp concentration adjusting section for adjusting the concentration of used paper pulp manufactured in the pulp making section, and a paper making section for manufacturing recycled paper by making the used paper pulp adjusted the concentration thereof in the pulp concentration adjusting section, 
       wherein the water dewatered and collected in the paper making section is fed back and circulated in the apparatus sections in water circulation system, and the apparatus sections are cleaned by the water circulation system. 
     
     
         8 . The cleaning system for a used paper recycling apparatus of  claim 7 , wherein the water dewatered and collected in the paper making section is circulated at least in the pulp making section and pulp concentration adjusting section, so that the pulp making section and pulp concentration adjusting section may be cleaned. 
     
     
         9 . The cleaning system for a used paper recycling apparatus of  claim 8 , further comprising:
 a cleaning water feed source for supplying cleaning water into the pulp making section,   a cleaning water circulation route for circulating water from the cleaning water feed source, passing through the pulp making section and pulp concentration adjusting section, and feeding back to the cleaning water feed source,   a circulation pump installed in the cleaning water circulation route for circulating the cleaning water in the cleaning water circulation route, and   a cleaning control unit for interlocking and controlling the cleaning water feed source and the circulation pump,   wherein the cleaning water feed source includes a white water collect tank for collecting the white water filtered and dewatered in the paper making section, and a water feed pump for supplying the white water in the white water collect tank to the pulp making section as cleaning water.   
     
     
         10 . The cleaning system for a used paper recycling apparatus of  claim 9 , wherein the cleaning control unit interlocks and controls the cleaning water feed source and the circulation pump so as to clean the pulp making section and pulp concentration adjusting section by circulating the water dewatered and collected in the paper making section as cleaning water at least in the pulp making section and pulp concentration adjusting section.

The cleaning system for a used paper recycling apparatus of  claim 9 , wherein the cleaning control unit drives and controls the pulp making section and pulp concentration adjusting section to be cleaned, in interlock with driving of the cleaning water feed source and circulation pump.

A recycled paper processing apparatus comprising, in an apparatus case of furniture size, a pulp making section for manufacturing used paper pulp by macerating and mashing used paper, a pulp concentration adjusting section for adjusting the concentration of used paper pulp manufactured in the pulp making section, a paper making process unit for manufacturing recycled paper by making the used paper pulp adjusted the concentration thereof in the pulp concentration adjusting section, a control section for driving and controlling the pulp making section and paper making section in interlock, and a cleaning section for cleaning these apparatus sections,
 wherein the cleaning section operates in water circulation system for feeding back the water dewatered and collected in the paper making process unit and using in the apparatus sections, and the apparatus sections are cleaned by the water circulation system.
