Abstract

Disclosed herein is a binder envelope, configured so that bands made of a transparent or opaque material are attached to a surface of the envelope, thus holding papers. According to this invention, bands having a predetermined width are horizontally attached to a surface of the envelope. Upper and lower horizontal bands ( 10, 10 ′) are attached to upper and lower portions of the envelope, respectively. When the upper horizontal band is attached to the surface of the envelope, left and right attachment lines ( 11, 12 ) are vertically formed on left and right side edges of the upper horizontal band through a thermal adhesion method. Further, left and right attachment lines (H′, 12 ′) are formed on left and right side edges of the lower horizontal band, and a lower attachment line ( 13 ′) is formed on a lower edge of the lower horizontal band through a thermal adhesion method.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A binder envelope, configured so that the envelope is removably inserted into a binder and is made of a transparent material, with a binding portion provided on a first side of the envelope and a paper storing portion provided on a second side to store paper,
wherein a band made of a transparent or opaque material is attached to a front or back surface of the envelope to hold the paper.

2 . The binder envelope according to claim 1 , wherein the band comprises:
an upper horizontal band ( 10 ) attached to an upper portion of the envelope, with left and right attachment lines ( 11 , 12 ) vertically formed on left and right side edges of the upper horizontal band through a thermal adhesion method; and a lower horizontal band ( 10 ′) attached to a lower portion of the envelope, with left and right attachment lines ( 11 ′, 12 ′) vertically formed on left and right side edges of the lower horizontal band and a lower attachment line ( 13 ′) horizontally formed on a lower edge of the lower horizontal band through a thermal adhesion method.

3 . The binder envelope according to claim 2 , wherein a middle horizontal band ( 10 ”) is provided at a position between the upper horizontal band ( 10 ) and the lower horizontal band ( 10 ′).

4 . The binder envelope according to claim 1 , wherein the band comprises left and right vertical bands ( 30 , 30 ′), the left and right vertical bands having a predetermined width and length, and being longitudinally attached to portions near left and right side edges of the front or back surface of the envelope.

5 . The binder envelope according to claim 1 , wherein the band comprises corner bands ( 40 ) attached to four corners of the envelope such that the corner bands arranged in diagonal directions of the envelope face each other, the corner bands having a predetermined width and length and being provided on both ends of left and right sides of the envelope, with attachment lines ( 41 , 42 ) formed on both ends of each of the corner bands through a thermal adhesion method.

6 . The binder envelope according to claim 1 , wherein the band comprises triangular bands ( 40 ′) having a shape of a right triangle and being attached to four corners of the envelope, each of the triangular bands ( 40 ′) being arranged such that a vertex of the triangular band ( 40 ′) having an interior angle of 90° is aligned with a vertex of an associated corner of the envelope, with attachment lines ( 41 ′, 42 ′) formed along a base and a side of each of the triangular bands ( 40 ′).

7 . The binder envelope according to claim 1 , wherein the band comprises:
an upper horizontal edge band ( 50 ) attached to an upper edge of the envelope, with left and right attachment lines ( 60 , 61 ) vertically formed on left and right side edges of the upper horizontal edge band through a thermal adhesion method; and a lower horizontal edge band ( 50 ′) attached to a lower edge of the envelope, with left and right attachment lines ( 60 ′, 61 ′) vertically formed on left and right side edges of the lower horizontal edge band, and a lower attachment line ( 62 ′) formed on a lower edge of the lower horizontal edge band through a thermal adhesion method.

8 . The binder envelope according to claim 1 , wherein the band is colored.
