Abstract

An attachment device is provided comprising at least one fluid filled cavity formed therein. The attachment device is preferably in the form of a carabiner in which at least a portion of the carabiner body is formed of a transparent material such that the fluid filled cavity is visible. In a preferred embodiment an indicia bearing means is visibly disposed within said cavity.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
. A device comprising a body member comprising a first end, a second end, a first leg extending from said first end, a second leg extending from said second end and a fluid containing bulbous body portion extending between said first and second legs, said device further comprising a gate member having first and second ends, said first end of said gate member pivotally attached to said first end of said body member and said second end of said gate member substantially contacting said second end of said body member when said gate is in a substantially closed position, wherein lengths of said gate member, first and second legs and fluid containing bulbous body portion together define an opening through said device when said gate member is in said substantially closed position, and further wherein said length of said fluid containing bulbous body portion is greater then said length of said first leg of said body member.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein said fluid is at least partially a liquid.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein said device is constructed at least of plastic and a transparent material.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein said body member is curvilinear.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein a portion of said fluid containing bulbous body portion comprises a transparent material.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of said gate member comprises a transparent material and at least one cavity formed therein.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein said fluid is selected from the group consisting of water, oil, gel and mixtures thereof.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein said fluid is particulate matter.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein said fluid containing bulbous body portion contains a colorant.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein said fluid containing bulbous body portion contains a reflective material.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein said fluid containing bulbous body portion contains a refractive material.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein said fluid containing bulbous body portion contains glitter.

. The device of claim 1 , further comprising at least one object within said fluid containing bulbous body portion.

. The device of claim 13 , said at least one object comprising at least one indicia bearing object.

. The device of claim 14 , wherein at least one of said at least one indicia bearing objects are anchored to an inside wall of said fluid containing bulbous body portion.

. The device of claim 14 , wherein said at least one indicia bearing object is not anchored to an inside wall of said fluid containing bulbous body portion.

. The device of claim 14 , wherein at least one of said at least one indicia bearing objects has at least one indicia receiving surface.
