Abstract
An attachment device is provided comprising at least one fluid filled cavity formed therein. The attachment device is preferably in the form of a carabiner in which at least a portion of the carabiner body is formed of a transparent material such that the fluid filled cavity is visible. In a preferred embodiment an indicia bearing means is visibly disposed within said cavity.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A device comprising a body member having at least one elongate portion, said body member comprising a first end and a second end, and a gate member having a first and a second end, one of said ends of said gate member being pivotally attached to one of said ends of said body member, the other of said ends of said gate member substantially contacting said other end of said body member when said gate is in a closed position and at least two fluid containing cavities formed in said at least one elongate portion of said device, wherein said at least two fluid containing cavities are separated from each other such that said fluids of said cavities do not intermix with each other.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein said fluids are sealed within said cavities and thereby said fluids are inaccessible to a user of said device.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein said fluids are at least partially a liquid.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein said device is constructed at least of metal and a transparent material.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein said body member is curvilinear.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein said device is formed in the shape of a carabiner.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein a portion of each of said cavities comprise a transparent material.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of said gate member comprises a transparent material and at least one cavity formed therein.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein said fluids are selected from the group consisting of water, oil, gel and mixtures thereof.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein said fluids comprise particulate matter.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein at least one of said cavities contains a colorant.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein at least one of said cavities contains a reflective material.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein at least one of said cavities contains a refractive material.
. The device of claim 1 , wherein at least one of said cavities contains glitter.
. The device of claim 1 , further comprising at least one object within at least one of said cavities.
. The device of claim 1 , further comprising at least one object within each of said cavities.
. The device of claim 15 , said at least one object comprising at least one indicia bearing object.
. The device of claim 17 , wherein at least one of said at least one indicia bearing objects are anchored to an inside wall of said cavity.
. The device of claim 17 , wherein said at least one indicia bearing object is not anchored to an inside wall of said cavity.
. The device of claim 17 , wherein at least one of said at least one indicia bearing objects has at least one indicia receiving surface.Cited by (0)
