Multiple-direction swinging exciser
Abstract
An exerciser includes a main frame with a swinging unit connected to an end thereof and a transmission unit is connected to the other end of the main frame. The transmission unit has an eccentric member connected thereto. The connection unit is pivotably connected to the swinging unit and a seat unit is connected to the connection unit. The connection unit has an extension link which is pivotably connected with the eccentric member. When the users tread the pedals connected with the transmission unit, the eccentric member, the connection unit and the swinging unit are activated so as to move the seat unit in multiple directions.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An exerciser comprising:
a main frame having a swinging unit connected to an end thereof and a transmission unit connected to the other end of the main frame, the transmission unit having an eccentric member connected thereto, and a connection unit having an upper portion extending from a top thereof and a seat unit connected to the upper portion, a base portion connected to an underside of the connection unit and having one end pivotably connected with the swinging unit, the other end of the base portion pivotably connected with the eccentric member, the transmission unit driving the eccentric member, the connection unit and the swinging unit to move the seat unit in multiple directions.
2 . The exerciser as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the transmission unit includes two cranks connected by an axle, a belt wheel and the eccentric member are mounted to the axle, an initial wheel connected to the main frame and a central shaft extends from a side of the initial wheel, a belt connected between the central shaft and the belt wheel, a tension wheel is connected to the main frame so as to adjust the tension of the belt.
3 . The exerciser as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the eccentric member includes two plates with a link connected therebetween, two ends of the link are connected between two respective opposite ends of the two plates, the other two respective opposite ends of the two plates are respectively connected to the axle and one of the two cranks.
4 . The exerciser as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the seat unit includes a seat post which is inserted into the upper portion which is a connection tube of the connection unit, a pin extends through a wall of the upper portion and is inserted into one of positioning holes defined in the seat post.
5 . The exerciser as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the base portion of the connection unit includes two separated rods and two pivot holes are defined through the two separated rods respectively, a transverse bar of the swinging unit is pivotably engaged with the two pivot holes, one of the two separated rods of the connection unit has an extension link connected thereto which has a connection hole through which the link of the eccentric member extends.
6 . An exerciser comprising:
a main frame having a swinging unit connected to an end thereof and two inclined and parallel rods connected on a top of the main frame, a transmission unit connected to the other end of the main frame and an eccentric member connected to the transmission unit, and a connection unit having an upper portion which includes two parallel links so as to be connected with a seat unit, a base portion connected to an underside of the connection unit and having one end pivotably connected with the swinging unit, the other end of the base portion pivotably connected with the eccentric member, the seat unit having a seat post and a roller unit located on two ends of the seat post so as to be engaged with the two parallel links, a roller connected to an underside of the seat post and engaged between the two inclined and parallel rods.
7 . The exerciser as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the transmission unit includes a gear set.
8 . The exerciser as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the eccentric member includes a board and a hole is defined through an end of the board, the transmission unit has an output shaft which is engaged with the hole in the board, a pivot tube extends from the other end of the board and is pivotably connected to the base portion of the connection unit.
9 . The exerciser as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the roller unit includes two upper rollers and two lower rollers, the two upper rollers and the two lower rollers roll on the two parallel links of the connection unit.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
