Abstract
A high throughput chemical handling system includes a chemical storage module, a transport module, and one or more liquid handling modules. The transport module may implement parallel chemical transport, and the system may include a plurality of asynchronously operable liquid handling modules coupled to the parallel transport module.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An adaptive automated system for processing a liquid sample, said system comprising:
a storage to hold said liquid sample; a reaction station configured to react a chemical with said liquid sample; a transporter operatively coupled to said storage and said reaction station, said transporter adapted to transport said liquid sample between said storage and said reaction station; and a processing module configured to control processing of said liquid sample from and between said storage, said reaction station, and said transporter, wherein the processing module includes a predetermined workflow of said liquid sample, wherein the processing module alters said predetermined workflow in response to a condition detected during liquid sample processing.
2 . An adaptive automated system of claim 1 , wherein said condition is an equipment malfunction.
3 . An adaptive automated system of claim 1 , wherein said condition is a reaction result from said reaction station.Cited by (0)
