Claims

Abstract

A movable awning device is provided with a traverse sliding structure for a projected corner canvas, wherein the winding roller of the projected corner canvas is formed of an inner roller and an outer roller inserted onto the inner roller, and the front bar of the canvas is supportedly inserted onto a traverse guide rail which translates by means of foldable arms or onto the front bar of a rectangular awning which translates by means of foldable arms. As a result, the aesthetic appearance of the external portions of a building, such as the corner space portions of the projected corner portions thereof, the projected corner portions including the corner space portions and the straight spaces thereof, and the projected corner portions and the recessed corner portions thereof, can be remarkably improved.

1 . A movable awning device, characterized in that
 a winding roller J 1  to J 7  for winding and unwinding a projected corner canvas G 1  is formed of an inner roller  11  and an outer roller  12  inserted onto the inner roller  11 ,   a front bar F 1  of said canvas G 1  is supportedly inserted onto a transverse guide rail R 1 , and   the guide rail R 1  is formed so as to be able to move in parallel by means of foldable arms V 1  and V 2 , Y 1  and Y 2 , and I 1  and I 2 .

       3 . The movable awning device according to  claim 1 , wherein the projected corner canvas G 1  that has been wound around the winding roller J 1  to J 7  can be unwounded and spread, and after that, can transversely slide along the inner roller  11  and the transverse guide rail R 1  so that the projected corner canvas G 1  can be projected in a corner space portion. 
   
   
       4 . The movable awning device according to  claim 1 , which is formed in such a manner that the projected corner canvas G 1  that has been projected in a corner space portion can transversely slide to the rear along the inner roller  11  and the transverse guide rail R 1  while maintaining the spread state, and after that, can be wound around the winding roller J 1  to J 7 . 
   
   
       5 . The movable awning device according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the foldable arms are V-shaped arms V 1  and V 2  which have such connections as to be freely foldable in two,   the base portions of the arms V 1  and V 2  are attached to the locations beneath the vicinity of an end of the winding roller J 1  to J 7  and the vicinity of the middle of the winding roller J 1  to J 7 , and   the front end portions of the arms are attached to the portions in the vicinity of the two ends, front and rear, of the transverse guide rail R 1  (S 1   a ).   
   
   
       6 . The movable awning device according to  claim 1 , wherein
 a belt wheel  392  is engaged with an end portion of the inner roller  11 , and   a synchronizing belt  391  runs between the belt wheel  392  and an end portion of the transverse guide rail R 1  such that the synchronizing belt  391  can be wound or unwound around said belt wheel  392  (S 1   b ).   
   
   
       7 . The movable awning device according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the foldable arms are Y-shaped arms Y 1  and Y 2  which are formed of a main link  291  and a sub-link  292  linked in a reverse y shape,   the front end portions of said sub-links  292  are attached to portions in the vicinity of the two ends, front and rear, of the transverse guide rail R 1 , and   the front end portions of said main links  291  are supported in such a manner so as to be freely slidable along the guide rail R 1  (S 1   c ).   
   
   
       8 . The movable awning device according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the V-shaped arm in the front end portion of the device from among the V-shaped arms V 1  and V 2  is replaced with a Y-shaped arm Y 1 , which is formed of a main link  291  and a sub-link  292  linked in reverse y shape,   the front end portion of said sub-link  292  is attached to a portion in the vicinity of an end of the transverse guide rail R 1 , and   the front end portion of the main link  291  is supported in such a manner as to be freely slidable along the guide rail R 1  (S 1   c ).   
   
   
       9 . The movable awning device according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the foldable arms are I-shaped arms I 1  and I 2  in straight line form which are formed so as to be parallel to each other and at a distance from each other,   the base portion of one I-shaped arm I 1  is attached to a portion in the vicinity of a corner of a projected corner portion N 1 ,   the end portion of the I-shaped arm I 1  is attached to a portion in the vicinity of the middle of the transverse guide rail R 1 ,   the base portion of the other I-shaped arm I 2  is attached to a portion in the vicinity of the middle at an appropriate distance from the vicinity of said corner,   the end portion of the I-shaped arm I 2  is attached to a portion in the vicinity of the rear of the transverse guide rail R 1 , and   the I-shaped arms I 1  and I 2  are formed such that the transverse guide rail R 1  can freely move in parallel in the diagonal direction (S 1   d ).   
   
   
       10 . The movable awning device according to  claim 1 , wherein the front bar F 1  of the projected corner canvas G 1  is supportedly inserted onto the transverse guide rail R 1  so as to be freely rotatable. 
   
   
       11 . The movable awning device according to  claim 10 , wherein
 the transverse guide rail R 1  is formed of a rear plate portion  231  and a rail portion  232  protruding to the front of the rear plate portion  231 , and   small wheels  234  and  235  are attached to upper and lower locations of the rail portion  232  at intervals.   
   
   
       12 . The movable awning device according to  claim 11 , wherein
 the front bar F 1  has a cross section in box form formed of an upper plate portion  201 , a front plate portion  202  and a bottom plate portion  203  so as to have an opening in the center portion of the rear, and   small wheels  234  and  235  of the transverse guide rail R 1  are engaged in an upper chamber and a lower chamber of the front bar F 1 .

       15 . A movable awning device, wherein the movable awning device S 1   a  to S 1   d  according to  claim 1  is combined with a movable awning device Q, comprising:
 a winding roller  30  for winding or unwinding a rectangular canvas P 1 ;   a front bar  31 , to which a hem  6  of the rectangular canvas P 1  is attached; and   foldable arms V 3  and V 4  for supporting the front bar  31  so that the front bar  31  can move in parallel, characterized in that   a rear half portion of the winding roller J 1  to J 7  of the projected corner canvas G 1  overlaps a front half portion of the winding roller  30  of the rectangular canvas P 1  at a distance from each other in the up-down direction.

 said awning device S 1  or S 2  for a projected corner is provided with a winding roller J 1  to J 7  for a projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and a front bar F 2  or F 3 ,   the winding roller J 1  to J 7  is formed of an inner roller  11  and an outer roller  12  or  12   a  inserted onto the inner roller  11 ,   said rectangular awning device Q 1  or Q 2  is provided with a winding roller  30  or  30   a  for a rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  and a front bar R 2  or R 3 , and   the front bar R 2  or R 3  is supported by foldable arms V 1  and V 2 , Y 1  and Y 2 , Z 1  and Z 2 , or Z 3  and Z 4 , and the front bar F 2  or F 3  of said projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  is supportedly inserted onto the front bar R 2  or R 3 .

A movable awning device, wherein an awning device S 1  or S 2  for a projected corner that is provided with a winding device for winding or unwinding a projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  is combined with and a rectangular awning device Q 1  or Q 2  that is provided with a winding device for winding or unwinding a rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2 , characterized in that
 said awning device S 1  or S 2  for a projected corner is formed of:   a projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2 ;   a winding roller J 1  to J 7  for winding or unwinding the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  around an inner roller  11  or an outer roller  12  or  12   a  inserted onto the inner roller  11 ; and   a front bar F 2  or F 3  for supporting a hem  2  of the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2 , and   said rectangular awning device Q 1  or Q 2  is formed of:   a rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2 , which is either long or short;   a winding roller  30  or  30   a , which is either long or short, for winding or unwinding the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2 ;   a front bar R 2  or R 3 , which supports a hem  6  of the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  and into which the front bar F 2  or F 3  for a projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  is inserted; and   foldable arms V 1  and V 2 , Y 1  and Y 2 , Z 1  and Z 2 , or Z 3  and Z 4  for supporting the front bar R 2  or R 3 .   
   
   
       20 . The movable awning device according to  claim 18 , wherein the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  that have been wound around the winding roller J 1  to J 7  for the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and the winding roller  30  or  30   a  for the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  are unwound so as to be spread, and
 the spread projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  is transversely slid along the inner roller  11  and the front bar R 2  or R 3  so as to be projected in a corner space portion.   
   
   
       21 . The movable awning device according to  claim 18 , wherein the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  that has been projected into a corner space portion is transversely slid to the rear along the inner roller  11  and the front bar R 2  or R 3  while keeping the projected corner canvas in a spread state, and after that
 the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  are wound in sync with the respective winding rollers J 1  to J 7  and  30  or  30   a  so as to be stored.   
   
   
       22 . The movable awning device according to  claim 18 , wherein
 a rear half portion of the winding roller J 1  to J 7  of the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and a front half portion of the winding roller  30  of the rectangular canvas P 1  are supported in such a manner as to overlap at a distance from each other in the up-down direction,   the front bar R 2  or R 3  of the rectangular canvas P 1  is formed so as to have the same length as the distance between a portion in the vicinity of the front end of one winding roller J 1  to J 7  and a portion in the vicinity of the rear end of the other winding roller  30 ,   the base portions of V-shaped arms V 1  and V 2  which have such connections as to be freely foldable in two are attached to a portion in the vicinity of the front end of said winding roller J 1  to J 7  and a portion in the vicinity of the rear end of the winding roller  30 , and   the front end portions of the V-shaped arms V 1  and V 2  are attached to a portion in the vicinity of the two ends, front and rear, of said front bar R 2  or R 3  (SQII 1 ▪ 2 ▪ 5 ).   
   
   
       23 . The movable awning device according to  claim 22 , wherein
 a belt wheel  392  is engaged with a front end portion of the inner roller  11  of the winding roller J 1  to J 7 ,   a synchronizing belt  391  runs between the belt wheel  392  and a front end portion of the front bar R 2  or R 3 , and   the synchronizing belt  391  is wound or unwound around said belt wheel  392  (SQI 12 ).   
   
   
       24 . The movable awning device according to  claim 19 , wherein
 the winding roller of the rectangular canvas P 1  is a long winding roller  30   a  which extends from a rear portion of the device to a portion in the vicinity of the front end of the winding roller J 1  to J 7 ,   a synchronizing belt  393  runs between a front end portion of the winding roller  30   a  and a front end portion of the front bar R 2  or R 3  of the rectangular canvas P 1 , and   the synchronizing belt  393  is wound or unwound around the front end portion of the winding roller  30   a  (SQI 13 ).   
   
   
       25 . The movable awning device according to  claim 19 , wherein
 the winding roller J 1  to J 7  of the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and the winding roller  30   a  of the rectangular canvas P 2 , which extends to a portion in the vicinity of the front end of the winding roller J 1  to J 7 , are supported in such a manner as to overlap at a distance from each other in the up-down direction,   the front bar R 2  or R 3  of the rectangular canvas P 2  is formed so as to have approximately the same length as the distance between a portion in the vicinity of the front end of one winding roller J 1  to J 7  and a portion in the vicinity of the rear end of the other winding roller  30   a,      the long rectangular canvas P 2  is spread between said long winding roller  30   a  and the front bar R 2  or R 3 ,   base portions of V-shaped arms V 1  and V 2  which have such connections as to be freely foldable in two, are attached to portions in the vicinity of the front end of said winding roller J 1  to J 7  and in the vicinity of the rear end of the winding roller  30   a , and   front end portions of the arms V 1  and V 2  are attached to portions in the vicinity of the two ends, front and rear, of said front bar R 2  or R 3  (SQII 4 ▪SQII 6  to  8 ).   
   
   
       26 . The movable awning device according to  claim 18 , wherein
 the foldable arms are Y-shaped arms Y 1  and Y 2  which are formed of a main link  291  and a sub-link  292  linked in a reverse y shape,   front end portions of said sub-links  292  are attached to portions in the vicinity of the two ends, front and rear, of the front bar R 2  or R 3 , and   front end portions of said main links  291  are supported in such a manner as to be freely slidable along the front bar R 2  or R 3  (SQII 9 ).   
   
   
       27 . The movable awning device according to  claim 22 , wherein
 the V-shaped arm in the front end portion of the device from among the V-shaped arms V 1  and V 2  is replaced with a Y-shaped arm Y 1 , which is formed of a main link  291  and a sub-link  292  linked in a reverse y shape,   the front end portions of said sub-link  292  are attached to portions in the vicinity of front and rear ends of the front bar R 2  or R 3 , and   the front end portion of the main link  291  is supported in such a manner so as to be freely slidable along the front bar R 2  or R 3  (SQII 1  to  8 ).   
   
   
       28 . The movable awning device according to  claim 18 , wherein the foldable arms for supporting the front bar R 2  or R 3  of the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  are expandable arms Z 1  and Z 2  which rise in the vertical direction or lower or extending arms (SQL 1 ). 
   
   
       29 . The movable awning device according to  claim 18 , wherein the foldable arms for supporting the front bar R 2  or R 3  of the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  are expandable links Z 3  and Z 4  having a pantograph structure which are drawn out to the front or pushed to the rear (SQL 2 ). 
   
   
       30 . A movable awning device, wherein the rectangular awning device Q 1  or Q 2  according to  claim 18  is replaced with an awning device U 1  or U 2  for a recessed corner that is provided with a winding device for winding or unwinding a recessed corner canvas P 3  or P 4 , characterized in that
 the awning device U 1  or U 2  for a recessed corner is provided with a winding roller  30  or  30   a  and a front bar R 2  or R 3  of the recessed corner canvas P 3  or P 4  and   the front bar R 2  or R 3  is supported by the foldable arms V 1  and V 2  or Y 1  and Y 2  in such a manner as to freely move in parallel, and the front bar F 2  or F 3  of the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  is supportedly inserted onto the front bar R 2  or R 3 .   
   
   
       31 . The movable awning device according to  claim 30 , wherein
 the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and the recessed corner canvas P 3  or P 4  which have been wound around the winding roller J 1  to J 7  of the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and the winding roller  30  or  30   a  of the recessed corner canvas P 3  or P 4 , respectively, are unwound in sync, and thus spread, and   the spread projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  is transversely slid along the inner roller  11  and the front bar R 2 , R 3  or R 5  so as to be projected into a corner space portion of a projected corner portion N 1 .   
   
   
       32 . The movable awning device according to  claim 30 , wherein
 the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  that has been projected into a corner space portion of a projected corner portion N 1  is transversely slid to the rear along the inner roller  11  and the front bar R 2  or R 3  while keeping the projected corner canvas in a spread state, and after that   the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and the recessed corner canvas P 3  or P 4  are wound around the respective winding rollers J 1  to J 7  and  30  or  30   a  in sync so as to be stored.   
   
   
       33 . The movable awning device according to  claim 30 , wherein
 a rear half portion of the winding roller J 1  to J 7  of the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and a front half portion of the winding roller  30  of the recessed corner canvas P 3  are supported in such a manner as to overlap at a distance from each other in the up-down direction,   the front bar R 2  or R 3  of the recessed corner canvas P 3  is formed so as to have approximately the same length as the distance between a portion in the vicinity of the front end of one winding roller J 1  to J 7  and a portion in the vicinity of the middle of the other winding roller  30 ,   base portions of the V-shaped arms V 1  and V 2  which have such connections so as to be freely foldable in two are attached to a portion in the vicinity of the front end of said winding roller J 1  to J 7  and a portion in the vicinity of the middle of the winding roller  30 , and   the front end portions of the arms V 1  and V 2  are attached to portions in the vicinity of the two ends, front and rear, of said front bar R 2  or R 3  (SUII 1 ).   
   
   
       34 . The movable awning device according to  claim 30 , wherein
 the winding roller J 1  to J 7  of the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and the winding roller  30   a  of the recessed corner canvas P 4  which extends to a portion in the vicinity of the front end of the winding roller J 1  to J 7  are supported in such a manner as to overlap at a distance from each other in the up-down direction,   the front bar R 2  or R 3  of the recessed corner canvas P 3  is formed so as to have approximately the same length as the distance between a portion in the vicinity of the front end of one winding roller J 1  to J 7  and a portion in the vicinity of the middle of the other winding roller  30   a,      a long recessed corner canvas P 2  runs between said winding roller  30   a  and the front bar R 2  or R 3 ,   base portions of V-shaped arms V 1  and V 2  which have such connections so as to be freely foldable in two are attached to a portion in the vicinity of the front end of said winding roller J 1  to J 7  and a portion in the vicinity of the middle of the winding roller  30 , and   front end portions of the arms V 1  and V 2  are attached to portions in the vicinity of the two ends, front and rear, of said front bar R 2  or R 3  (SUII 2 ).   
   
   
       35 . A movable awning device, wherein a rectangular awning device Q 1  or Q 2  having a winding device for winding or unwinding a rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  and two awning devices S 1  or S 2  and S 11  for a projected corner that are provided with a winding device for winding or unwinding a projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  are combined in such a manner that the two awning devices for a projected corner are located on the two sides, front and rear, of the rectangular awning device in front-rear symmetry, characterized in that
 said awning devices S 1  or S 2  and S 11  for a projected corner are respectively provided with a winding roller J 1  to J 7  for a projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and a front bar F 2  or F 3 ,   the winding roller J 1  to J 7  is formed of an inner roller  11  and an outer roller  12  or  12   a  inserted onto the inner roller  11 , and   said rectangular awning device Q 1  or Q 2  is provided with a winding roller  30  or  30   a  of the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  and a front bar R 2  or R 3 , and   the front bar R 2  or R 3  is supported by foldable arms V 1  to V 4  or Y 1  and Y 4  in such a manner as to freely move in parallel in the front-rear direction, and the front bar F 2  or F 3  of the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  is supportedly inserted onto the front bar R 2  or R 3  in locations on the two sides, front and rear, of the front bar R 2  or R 3 .   
   
   
       36 . The movable awning device according to  claim 35 , wherein
 the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  that have been wound around the winding roller J 1  to J 7  of the projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  and the winding roller  30  or  30   a  of the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  are respectively unwound in sync so as to spread to the front, and   the spread projected corner canvas G 1  or G 2  is transversely slid along the inner roller  11  and the front bar R 2  or R 3  so as to be projected to a corner space portion of two projected corner portions N 1  and N 2 .   
   
   
       37 . The movable awning device according to  claim 35 , wherein
 the projected corner canvases G 1  and G 2  projected to corner space portions of the two projected corner portions N 1  and N 2  are transversely slid to portions in the vicinity of the center of the device along the inner rollers  11  and the front bars R 2  or R 3  while keeping the projected corner canvases in a spread state, and after that   the two projected corner canvases G 1  and G 2  in the front and in the rear and the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  are wound by the respective winding rollers J 1  to J 7  and  30  or  30   a  in sync so as to be stored.   
   
   
       38 . The movable awning device according to  claim 35 , wherein
 the winding rollers J 1  to J 7  of the projected corner canvases G 1  and G 2  are attached in a location close to the corner of one projected corner portion N 1  and a location close to the corner of the other projected corner portion N 2  in such a manner that the rear of the winding rollers face each other,   the two winding rollers J 1  to J 7  in the front and the rear and the winding roller  30  or  30   a  of the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  are supported in such a manner as to overlap at a distance from each other in the up-down direction,   the front bar R 2  or R 3  of the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2  is formed so as to have approximately the same length as the distance between one projected corner portion N 1  and the other projected corner portion N 2 ,   base portions of V-shaped arms V 1  to V 4  which have such connections so as to be freely foldable in two are respectively attached to portions in the vicinity of the front end and the middle of one winding roller J 1  to J 7  and in the vicinity of the middle and the rear end of the other winding roller J 1  to J 7 , and   front end portions of the arms V 1  to V 4  are attached to portions in the vicinity of the two ends, front and rear, of said front bar R 2  or R 3  and in the vicinity of the middle, which corresponds to the vicinity of the middle of said winding roller J 1  to J 7  (SQSIV 1 ▪ 2 ).   
   
   
       39 . The movable awning device according to  claim 38 , wherein
 at least V-shaped arms V 1  and V 4  in the vicinity of the two ends, front and rear, from among the V-shaped arms V 1  to V 4 , are replaced with Y-shaped arms Y 1  and Y 4  which are formed of a main link  291  and a sub-link  292  linked in a reverse y shape,   front end portions of the respective sub-links  292  are attached to portions in the vicinity of the two ends, front and rear, of the front bar R 2  or R 3  of the rectangular canvas P 1  or P 2 , and   respective front end portions of the respective main links  291  are attached to the front bars F 2  or F 3  of the two projected corner canvases G 1  and G 2  in such a manner as so to be freely slidable.   
   
   
       40 . A movable awning device, wherein two awning devices S 1  and S 11  for a projected corner that are provided with a winding device for winding and unwinding a projected corner canvas G 1  are combined in front-rear symmetry, characterized in that
 a winding roller J 1  to J 7  for the projected corner canvas G 1  and a front bar F 2  or F 4  are provided with the respective awning devices S 1  and S 11  for a projected corner,   the winding roller J 1  to J 7  is formed of an inner roller  11  and an outer roller  12  inserted onto the inner roller  11 ,   two respective front bars F 2  or F 4  of said projected corner canvas G 1  are supportedly inserted on a transverse guide rail R 4  in such a manner so as to be freely slidable relative to the transverse guide rail, and   the guide rail R 4  is formed so as to move in parallel in the front-rear direction by means of foldable arms V 1  and V 2  or Y 1  and Y 2 .   
   
   
       41 . The movable awning device according to  claim 40 , wherein
 the projected corner canvases G 1  wound around the respective winding rollers J 1  to J 7  are unwound in sync so as to spread to the front, and   the spread projected corner canvases S 1  are transversely slid in the front direction and the rear direction along the inner rollers  11  and the transverse guide rails R 4  so as to be projected into corner space portions of two projected corner portions N 1  and N 2 .   
   
   
       42 . The movable awning device according to  claim 40 , wherein the projected corner canvases G 1  which are projected to corner space portions of two projected corner portions N 1  and N 2  are transversely slid in different directions along the inner rollers  11  and the transverse guide rails R 4  while keeping the projected corner canvases in a spread state, and after that
 the projected corner canvases are wound around the respective winding rollers J 1  to J 7  in sync so as to be stored.   
   
   
       43 . The movable awning device according to  claim 40 , wherein
