Abstract

The disclosure relates to a device for aiding users in packing and clearing a smoking container or bowl. The device comprises a first upper tray comprising an edge region forming a rim and a base region forming a planar surface having a first side and a second side. There is a support element which can be formed as a one-piece support element or formed as a plurality of legs coupled to the first upper tray, and a second lower tray coupled to the support element. This second lower tray is formed as an ashtray and is spaced opposite the second side of the planar surface of the first upper tray. The first upper tray has a channel which extends through the planar surface on the first upper tray. This channel comprises a frusto-conical opening, extending away from the first side on the planar surface and an extending region extending from the second side on the planar surface. This frusto-conical opening is for receiving the smoking container (bowl), and the extending channel section is for holding the smoking container in place.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A device for aiding users in packing and clearing a smoking container comprising:
 a) a tray having a substantially planar surface, said surface having at least one hole; b) a support element coupled to said tray and supporting said tray above a surface.

2 . The device as in claim 1 , further comprising at least one additional tray coupled to said support element.

3 . The device as in claim 1 , wherein said support element is in the form of at least one leg.

4 . The device as in claim 3 , wherein said at least one leg is in the form of a plurality of legs.

5 . The device as in claim 4 , wherein said tray is a first tray and the device further comprises at least one second tray coupled to said legs opposite said first tray

6 . The device as in claim 5 , wherein said plurality of legs are spaced apart from each other to create a gap for receiving at least a third tray for placement on said at least one second tray.

7 . The device as in claim 3 , wherein said at least one leg is formed as a solid components.

8 . The device as in claim 3 , wherein said at least one leg is formed as a telescoping leg.

9 . The device as in claim 3 , wherein said at least one leg is formed integral with said tray.

10 . The device as in claim 3 , wherein said tray further comprises at least one connection interface for selectively receiving said at least one leg, and for allowing said at least one leg to be selectively disconnected from said tray.

11 . The device as in claim 5 , wherein said first tray comprises at least one connection element and said second tray comprises at least one connection element wherein said first tray is selectively connected to said second tray via said at least one leg, and wherein said at least one leg connects at a first end to said first tray connection element and connects at an opposite end to said second tray connection element.

12 . The device as in claim 3 , further comprising at least one clearing and packing element.

13 . The device as in claim 12 , wherein said at least one leg further comprises at least one receptacle for receiving said at least one clearing and packing element.

14 . The device as in claim 1 , further comprising a cover, for selectively covering said tray.

15 . The device as in claim 1 , further comprising a channel, wherein said tray comprises a base section, an angled side wall and a rim, and further comprises a channel disposed in said tray hole.

16 . The device as in claim 15 , wherein said base section of said tray forms a substantially planar surface and said channel is formed as a substantially cylindrical tube, extending longitudinally in a manner substantially perpendicular to said planar surface of said base section.

17 . The device as in claim 16 , wherein said channel further comprises a frusto-conical opening for receiving said smoking container.

18 . The device as in claim 5 , wherein said second tray is formed as an ashtray and comprises, an upper rim, and a bottom tray region, coupled to said upper rim, wherein said bottom tray region has at least one receptacle in the form of an indent formed therein.

19 . The device as in claim 18 , wherein said upper rim has at least one groove formed in said upper rim.

20 . A device for aiding users in packing and clearing a smoking container comprising:
 a) a first tray comprising an edge region forming a rim and a base region forming a planar surface having a first side and a second side; b) a support element formed as a plurality of legs coupled to said first tray; c) a second tray coupled to said support element wherein said second tray is formed as an ashtray and is spaced opposite said second side of said planar surface; d) a channel coupled to said first tray, said channel extending through said planar surface on said first tray, wherein said channel comprises a frusto-conical opening, extending away from said first side on said planar surface and an extending region extending from said second side on said planar surface, wherein said frusto-conical opening is for receiving the smoking container, and said extending channel section is for holding the smoking container in place.
