Abstract
A packaging structure includes a box and a shock absorbent member received in the box. The box includes fours sidewalls and a bottom wall. The shock absorbent member includes a main sheet, a plurality of side sheets, and at least an interleaving sheet connected with the main sheet. When the shock absorbent member is received inside the box, the main sheet is positioned diagonally above the bottom wall and the interleaving sheet is lain against two neighboring sidewalls of the box, thus at least one receiving room is formed between the box and the shock absorbent member.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A packaging structure comprising:
a shock absorbent member comprising a main sheet and at least an interleaving sheet connected with the main sheet; and a box configured for receiving the shock absorbent member therein, the box comprising four sidewalls and a bottom wall; wherein when the absorbent structure is received inside the box, the main sheet is positioned perpendicularly and diagonally above the bottom wall and the interleaving sheet is lain against two neighboring sidewalls of the box, at least one receiving room being formed between the shock absorbent member and the box.
2 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a pair of side sheets are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the main sheet, the side sheets being foldable in a trigonal-configuration to respectively form a first receiving room and a second receiving room of the box.
3 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the main sheet has a length substantially equal to a diagonal length of the bottom wall.
4 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein two interleaving sheets are respectively arranged in two opposite sides of the main sheet, and the interleaving sheets are foldable to cooperatively secure the shock absorbent member to the box, together with the main sheet.
5 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 4 , wherein one of the interleaving sheets comprises a trapeziform-configuration and defines two non-parallel opposite sides respectively lain against two neighboring sidewalls of the box when the shock absorbent member is assembled in the box.
6 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the other of the interleaving sheets comprises a triangle configuration and two sides of the triangle configuration are respectively lain against another two neighboring sidewalls of the box when the shock absorbent member is assembled in the box.
7 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the other of the interleaving sheets comprise a plurality of foldable parts configured for cooperatively forming a third receiving room, together with the main sheet and the side sheets.
8 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the other of the interleaving sheets have three foldable parts.
9 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the packaging structure is selectively made of corrugated paperboard, recycled paper, or art paper.
10 . A packaging structure for an electronic device, comprising:
a box comprising a bottom wall, four sidewalls extending from peripheral edges of the bottom wall to form a space therebetween; and a shock absorbent member received in the space of the box, the shock absorbent member comprising a main sheet perpendicularly and diagonally positioned on the bottom wall, an interleaving sheet folded from one side of the main sheet and lain against two neighboring sidewalls of the box, another interleaving sheet lain against the other two neighboring sidewalls of the box and connected to an opposite side of the main sheet via a connecting part, at least one receiving room being formed between the main sheet and the another interleaving sheet.
11 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 10 , wherein a pair of side sheets located at another two opposite sides of the main sheet is folded up in trigonal configuration to respectively form two trigonal receiving rooms between the main sheet and the another interleaving sheet.
12 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the connecting part comprises a step parallel to the main sheet, an angle of each trigonal configuration formed by the side sheets lain against the step, a rectangular receiving room being formed by the main sheet, the pair of trigonal side sheets, and the step.
13 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 12 , wherein a height of the shock absorbent member is slightly smaller than that of the sidewalls of the box to allow a manual of the electronic device to be received in the space of the box and placed above the shock absorbent member.
14 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the box further comprises a cover folded from one of the sidewalls for covering the space.
15 . The packaging structure as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the main sheet has a length substantially equal to a diagonal length of the bottom wall.Cited by (0)
