Abstract

An upper corner piece and rod parts of a baby mesh bed are joined in such a manner that the joints are covered with the upper corner piece so as not to spoil the appearance of the upper corner piece; the upper corner piece includes an inner and an outer wall portions at each of two end portions thereof, internal rooms between the inner and the outer wall portions, and an internal sleeve portion securely disposed between the internal rooms; the rod parts include two transverse rod parts; the transverse rod parts are each pivoted to one coupling piece, which is held in one said internal room of the upper corner piece, and securely joined to the sleeve portion of the upper corner piece; the rod parts include an upright rod part, which is securely joined to the sleeve portion of the upper corner piece at an upper end.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A joining structure of an upper corner piece and rod parts of a baby mesh bed, wherein:
the upper corner piece comprises an inner and an outer wall portions at each of two end portions thereof; the upper corner piece has internal rooms between the inner and the outer wall portions; the upper corner piece has a sleeve portion between the internal rooms in said two end portions; the rod parts include two transverse rod parts; the transverse rod parts being each pivoted to one coupling piece, which is held in one said internal room of the upper corner piece, and securely joined to the sleeve portion; and the rod parts include an upright rod part, which is securely joined to the sleeve portion of the upper corner piece.

2 . The joining structure of an upper corner piece and rod parts of a baby mesh bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the upper corner piece comprises single part, and is angled to have an angle portion, and the sleeve portion is arranged in the angle portion.

3 . The joining structure of an upper corner piece and rod parts of a baby mesh bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
the sleeve portion has two hooking holes thereon, which each face one of the internal rooms of the upper corner piece; the sleeve portion has two fixing holes thereon, which each face one of the internal rooms; each of the coupling pieces has an end wall portion, a hooking portion on an outer side of the end wall portion, and a connecting hole on the end wall portion thereof; and the coupling pieces are securely joined to the sleeve portion in the upper corner piece with the hooking portions being each hooked over a corresponding said sleeve portion hooking hole, and with fixing elements being passed through the connecting holes of the coupling pieces and the fixing holes of the sleeve portion.

4 . The joining structure of an upper corner piece and rod parts of a baby mesh bed as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the sleeve portion of the upper corner piece has a propping portion protruding from a lower end thereof.

5 . The joining structure of an upper corner piece and rod parts of a baby mesh bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of the coupling pieces has two lateral wall portions, a receiving gap intervening between the lateral wall portions, and a pivotal hole on each of the lateral wall portions; the transverse rod parts being each pivoted to a corresponding said coupling piece by means of a pivotal element passed through the pivotal holes of the lateral wall portions.

6 . The joining structure of an upper corner piece and rod parts of a baby mesh bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
the sleeve portion has two grooves thereon, which each face one of the internal rooms of the upper corner piece; and each of the coupling pieces has an upright end wall portion, and a protruding portion sticking from the upright end wall portion; the protruding portions of the coupling pieces being inserted in the grooves of the sleeve portion respectively.

7 . The joining structure of an upper corner piece and rod parts of a baby mesh bed as claimed in claim 6 , wherein:
the sleeve portion has fixing holes on the grooves thereof; the upright rod part has through holes thereon, which face the fixing holes of the sleeve portion respectively; the coupling pieces have through connecting holes thereon, which face the fixing holes of the sleeve portion respectively; and fixing elements are passed through the through holes of the upright rod part, the through connecting holes of the coupling pieces, and the fixing holes of the sleeve portion so as to secure the coupling pieces to the sleeve portion as well as the upright rod part.

8 . The joining structure of an upper corner piece and rod parts of a baby mesh bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sleeve portion has a fitting groove with a curved surface, and the upright part has a fitting portion, which is inserted in the fitting groove of the sleeve portion.

9 . The joining structure of an upper corner piece and rod parts of a baby mesh bed as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of the coupling pieces has an upright end wall portion, two connecting wall portions projecting from two sides of the end wall portion, and a pivotal hole on each of the connecting wall portions; the transverse rod parts being each pivoted to a corresponding said coupling piece by means of a pivotal element passed through the pivotal holes of the connecting wall portions.
