Remote Generation and distribution of command programs for programmable devices
Abstract
A system for controlling a motion device. A motion control system comprises a motion control device, and a first user is associated with the motion control system. An output system is arranged to generate motion signals that may be perceived by the first user. A motion server system comprises a plurality of motion scripts associated with messages to be transmitted to the first user and a motion program web page. A processing system comprises a browser program compatible with the motion program web page. A communications system transfers data between the various systems. A second user controls the server system to form a motion message corresponding to a desired motion signal based on the at least one motion script stored by the server system. The motion control system causes the output system to generate the desired motion signal based on the motion message.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A system comprising:
a server configured to generate a script configured to store information for performing a plurality of tasks; a remote motion device configured to (i) receive said script, and (ii) initiate at least one of said tasks including a medical task involving motion in response to said information stored in said script; a communications network configured to transmit said script from said server to said remote motion device; and a user interface configured to receive information from a medical caregiver used to generate said script.
2 . The system according to claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of said remote motion devices.
3 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein said remote motion device further comprises one or more sensors.
4 . The system according to claim 3 , wherein said medical task comprises moving at least one of said sensors to look at a patient.
5 . The system according to claim 4 , wherein said medical task further comprises checking if said patient is asleep.
6 . The system according to claim 3 , wherein said one or more sensors is configured to provide a visual confirmation of the completion of the medical task.
7 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein said medical caregiver generates said script by providing a series of instructions.
8 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein said medical caregiver generates said script by clicking on a set of pre-defined icons each relating to a different medical task.
9 . The system according to claim 7 , wherein said medical caregiver reviews said script before sending said script to said remote motion device.
10 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein said plurality of tasks are completed by (i) said remote motion device and (ii) a health care provider.
11 . The system according to claim 10 , wherein said medical caregiver chooses one of said health care provider and said remote motion device to complete at least one of said tasks.
12 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein said medical caregiver chooses one or more remote motion device related tasks in response to a lack of availability of health care providers.
13 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein said remote motion device provides confirmation of said medical task to said server.
14 . The system according to claim 13 , wherein at least one of said tasks is completed by a health care provider.
15 . The system according to claim 14 , wherein said health care provider confirms completion of said task by pressing a button on said remote motion device.
16 . The system according to claim 13 , wherein said confirmation is provided to a medical caregiver.
17 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein said remote motion device comprises a robot.
18 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein said medical task comprises monitoring a heart rate of a patient.
19 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein said medical task comprises checking if a patient is breathing.
20 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein said medical task comprises communicating with a medical device.
21 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein said medical task comprises controlling a medical device.
22 . A system comprising:
a server configured to store a script comprising information for performing a plurality of tasks; a remote motion device configured to (i) receive said script, (ii) display said plurality of tasks to a health care provider, (iii) perform at least one of said tasks, (iv) initiate a medical task involving motion in response to said script, (v) receive input of completion of said plurality of tasks and (vi) provide confirmation of said completion of said plurality of tasks; a communications network configured to transmit (i) said script from said server to said remote motion device and (ii) said confirmation from said remote motion device to said server; and a user interface configured to generate a script from (i) information provided in response to a set of pre-defined icons each relating to a different medical task and (ii) a series of instructions from a medical caregiver.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
