Environmental protection paper cup with a cover

Abstract

An environmental protection paper cup with a cover, comprises a cup body; an inner side of the cup body near an opening of the cup body having an annular recess; a cup cover having a protruding annular ring at a lateral side thereof; the protruding annular ring can be buckled into the annular recess of the cup body so as to combine the cup cover to the cup body tightly. The cup body is made of paper. One upper side of the cup cover near an edge thereof has handle. A trademark or advertisement design can be printed thereon. A surface of the cup cover is formed with wavelike shape so as to increase the strength of the cup cover. In an upper side of the annular recess, the cup body has an annular protruding portion so that the cup cover can be tightly engaged to the cup body.

1 . An environmental protection paper cup with a cover, comprising:
 a cup body being a container; an inner side of the cup body near an opening of the cup body having an annular recess;   a cup cover having a protruding annular ring at a lateral side thereof; the protruding annular ring can be buckled into the annular recess of the cup body so as to combine the cup cover to the cup body tightly.   
   
   
       2 . The environmental protection paper cup with a cover as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the cup body is made of paper. 
   
   
       3 . The environmental protection paper cup with a cover as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein one upper side of the cup cover near an edge thereof has a handle. 
   
   
       4 . The environmental protection paper cup with a cover as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a trademark or advertisement design can be printed thereon. 
   
   
       5 . The environmental protection paper cup with a cover as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a surface of the cup cover is formed with wavelike shape so as to increase the strength of the cup cover. 
   
   
       6 . The environmental protection paper cup with a cover as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein in an upper side of the annular recess, the cup body has an annular protruding portion so that the cup cover can be tightly engaged to the cup body. 
   
   
       7 . The environmental protection paper cup with a cover as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a retaining sheet is protruded from one side of the cup cover; an upper edge of the cup body has a notch; and the retaining sheet can be engaged to the notch of the cup body.
