Bra cups with air-permeability feature
Abstract
The present invention is an improved structure of bra cup, which comprises an inner backing, an outer covering and a laminating elastomer sandwiched therebetween, in thermally compressed shaping with cutting and sewing by machine. Its feature is that said laminating elastomer is made of polyester fiber in special laminated substrate having plural pleating interfaces, which can be served as binding interface in coordination with special compression and thermal bonding fabricating process so as to offer better elasticity and air permeability in association with feature of shape retention and resumption as well as better elevation and centralization of breasts for beautiful coverage contour of appealing attraction and comfortable snugness.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An improved bra cups with air-permeability feature, comprising an inner backing, an outer covering and a laminating elastomer sandwiched between inner backing and outer covering, is produced by thermally compressed shaping together with machined cutting and sewing process so that said laminating elastomer of thermoplastic polyester fiber is fabricated and compressed into tightly multiple layer of pleating interfaces successively contacted and bonded to each other by thermal treatment for fusing boundaries in between.
2 . The improved bra cups with air-permeability feature as recited in claim 1 , wherein the thermal treatment on said laminating elastomer is processed in an oven with temperature of 130° C. preset.
3 . The improved bra cups with air-permeability feature as recited in claim 1 , wherein a pre-shaped laminating elastomer falsies is cushioned in proper position beneath of the laminating elastomer to serve as padding.
4 . The improved bra cups with air-permeability feature as recited in claim 1 , wherein said inner backing and outer covering are made of non-woven fabric.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
