Electrical Component Box of Container Refrigeration System

Abstract

A reinforcing plate ( 50 ) is mounted on the bottom plate ( 33 ) of a box body ( 31 ) of an electrical component box ( 30 ). A plurality of risers ( 51, 52, 53 ) are formed by cutting a side edge of the reinforcing plate ( 50 ) into some pieces and bending the pieces upward. A safety cover ( 38 ) for opening and closing an opening of the box body ( 31 ) is fitted between the risers ( 51, 52, 53 ) and thereby held by the reinforcing plate ( 50 ).

1 . An electrical component box of a container refrigeration system for cooling the interior of an container, the electrical component box comprising:
 a box body formed in the shape of a box having an opening in one face and supported, with the opening oriented sideways, to a frame of the container refrigeration system from below;   a safety cover for opening and closing the opening of the box body; and   a reinforcing plate mounted on the bottom plate of the box body to sandwich the bottom plate between the reinforcing plate and the frame, the reinforcing plate having a holder for holding the safety cover.   
   
   
       2 . The electrical component box of the container refrigeration system of  claim 1 , wherein the box body is made from a resin material. 
   
   
       3 . The electrical component box of the container refrigeration system of  claim 1  or  2 , wherein
 the interior of the box body is divided into a heavy electrical component storage space for storing heavy electrical components and an light electrical component storage space for storing light electrical components, and   the safety cover and the reinforcing plate are provided only in the heavy electrical component storage space.   
   
   
       4 . The electrical component box of the container refrigeration system of  claim 1 , wherein
 the holder comprises a plurality of risers formed by cutting a side edge of the reinforcing plate into some pieces and bending the pieces upward, and   the safety cover is detachably attached to the reinforcing plate with the lower end thereof fitted between the plurality of risers.   
   
   
       5 . The electrical component box of the container refrigeration system of  claim 2 , wherein
 the holder comprises a plurality of risers formed by cutting a side edge of the reinforcing plate into some pieces and bending the pieces upward, and   the safety cover is detachably attached to the reinforcing plate with the lower end thereof fitted between the plurality of risers.   
   
   
       6 . The electrical component box of the container refrigeration system of  claim 3 , wherein
 the holder comprises a plurality of risers formed by cutting a side edge of the reinforcing plate into some pieces and bending the pieces upward, and   the safety cover is detachably attached to the reinforcing plate with the lower end thereof fitted between the plurality of risers.
