Abstract
The present invention provides a novel method for inhibiting cancer cell metastasis using an antibody against TM7XN1, a pharmaceutical composition to be used for the method, and a cancer-metastasis-suppressing agent comprising an antibody against TM7XN1 as an active ingredient.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A cancer-metastasis-suppressing agent, comprising an antibody against TM7XN1 as an active ingredient.
2 . The cancer-metastasis-suppressing agent according to claim 1 , wherein a cell of the cancer expresses TM7XN1 on its surface.
3 . The cancer-metastasis-suppressing agent according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein the cancer can metastasize to the bone.
4 . The cancer-metastasis-suppressing agent according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein the cancer can metastasize to the spleen.
5 . The cancer-metastasis-suppressing agent according to any one of claims 1 to 4 , wherein the cancer is selected from the group consisting of mammary cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, thyroid gland cancer, gastric cancer, malignant melanoma, neuroblastoma, multiple myeloma, acute myeloid leukemia, and pancreatic cancer.
6 . The cancer-metastasis-suppressing agent according to any one of claims 1 to 5 , being capable of suppressing the metastasis of a cancer cell to the bone marrow.
7 . The cancer-metastasis-suppressing agent according to any one of claims 1 to 5 , being capable of suppressing the metastasis of a cancer cell to the spleen.
8 . A method for suppressing a cancer metastasis, comprising administering the cancer-metastasis-suppressing agent according to any one of claims 1 to 7 to a non-human animal with cancer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
