Abstract
The present invention relates to novel human secreted proteins and isolated nucleic acids containing the coding regions of the genes encoding such proteins. Also provided are vectors, host cells, antibodies, and recombinant methods for producing human secreted proteins. The invention further relates to diagnostic and therapeutic methods useful for diagnosing and treating disorders related to these novel human secreted proteins.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An isolated polynucleotide at least 95% identical to a member selected from the group consisting of:
(a) a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide set forth in SEQ ID NO:81; (b) a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide comprising amino acids 20 to 48 of SEQ ID NO:81; (c) a polynucleotide encoding a mature polypeptide encoded by the DNA contained in ATCC™ Deposit No. 209603; (d) a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide expressed by the DNA contained in ATCC™ Deposit No. 209603; (e) a polynucleotide capable of hybridizing to the polynucleotide of (a), (b), (c), or (d); and (f) a polynucleotide fragment of the polynucleotide of (a), (b), (c), (d) or (e).
2 . The isolated polynucleotide of claim 1 , wherein the polynucleotide is (a).
3 . The isolated polynucleotide of claim 1 , wherein the polynucleotide is (b).
4 . The isolated polynucleotide of claim 1 , wherein the polynucleotide is (c).
5 . The isolated polynucleotide of claim 1 , wherein the polynucleotide is (d).
6 . The isolated polynucleotide of claim 1 , wherein the polynucleotide is (e).
7 . An isolated polypeptide at least 95% identical to a member selected from the group consisting of:
(a) a polypeptide comprising amino acids 1 to 48 of SEQ ID NO:81; (b) a polypeptide comprising amino acids 2 to 48 of SEQ ID NO:81; (c) a polypeptide comprising amino acids 20 to 48 of SEQ ID NO:81; (d) a polypeptide comprising at least 20 contiguous amino acids of SEQ ID NO:81; and (e) a polypeptide fragment of the polypeptide of (a), (b), (c) or (d).
8 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 7 , wherein the polypeptide is (a).
9 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 7 , wherein the polypeptide is (b).
10 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 7 , wherein the polypeptide is (c).
11 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 7 , wherein the polypeptide is (d).
12 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 7 , wherein the polypeptide is (e).
13 . An isolated antibody or fragment thereof that binds specifically to a member of the group consisting of:
(a) a polypeptide comprising amino acids 1 to 48 of SEQ ID NO:81; (b) a polypeptide comprising amino acids 2 to 48 of SEQ ID NO:81; (c) a polypeptide comprising amino acids 20 to 48 of SEQ ID NO:81; (d) a polypeptide comprising a fragment of SEQ ID NO:81; (e) a polypeptide comprising a variant of SEQ ID NO:81; and (f) a polypeptide comprising a species homologue of SEQ ID NO:81.
14 . The isolated antibody or fragment thereof of claim 13 , wherein the antibody binds to (a).
15 . The isolated antibody or fragment thereof of claim 13 , wherein the antibody binds to (b).
16 . The isolated antibody or fragment thereof of claim 13 , wherein the antibody binds to (c).
17 . The isolated antibody or fragment thereof of claim 13 , wherein the antibody binds to (d).
18 . The isolated antibody or fragment thereof of claim 13 , wherein the antibody binds to (e).
19 . The isolated antibody or fragment thereof of claim 13 , wherein the antibody binds to (f).
20 . The antibody of claim 13 , wherein the antibody binds an epitope comprising:
