Abstract

A sensor has a corpus ( 1 ) comprising an insert opening ( 10 ) through which a sensor element ( 22 ) can be inserted in the corpus ( 1 ), and a cable opening for passing through a supply and/or signal line ( 30, 48 ) of the sensor element ( 22 ), and a cover ( 31 ) closing the insert opening ( 10 ), The cover ( 31 ) comprises an interlock opening ( 42 ) aligned with the cable opening. The supply and/or signal line ( 30, 48 ) comprises a bushing element ( 44 ) which penetrates the cable opening of the corpus ( 1 ) and the interlock opening ( 42 ) of the cover ( 31 ).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
. Sensor housing with a corpus ( 1 ) comprising an insert opening ( 10 ) through which a sensor element ( 22 ) can be inserted in the corpus ( 1 ), and a cable opening for passing through a supply and/or signal line ( 30 , 48 ) of the sensor element ( 22 ), and a cover ( 31 ) closing the insert opening ( 10 ), characterized in that the cover ( 31 ) comprises an interlock opening ( 42 ) aligned with the cable opening, and that the supply and/or signal line ( 30 , 48 ) comprises a bushing element ( 44 ) which penetrates the cable opening of the corpus ( 1 ) and the interlock opening ( 42 ) of the cover ( 31 ).

. Sensor housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that the bushing element ( 44 ) is a plug-in connector element.

. Sensor housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that the cover ( 31 ) comprises a plate ( 32 ) closing the insert opening ( 10 ) and a wall ( 35 ) engaging in the insert opening ( 10 ) in which the interlock opening ( 42 ) is formed.

. Sensor housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that at least one pin interlocks an edge—facing the interlock opening ( 42 )—of the cover ( 31 ) on the corpus ( 1 ).

. Sensor housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that the length of a section ( 30 , 48 ) of the supply and/or signal line—connecting the sensor element ( 22 ) with the bushing element ( 44 )—is dimensioned to be able to pull out the bushing element ( 44 ) from the cable opening without interrupting the supply and/or signal line.

. Sensor housing according to claim 5 , characterized in that the section ( 30 , 48 ) comprises at least one flexible strip conductor film ( 30 ; 48 ).

. Sensor housing according to claim 6 , characterized in that a flexible strip conductor film ( 30 ) preassembled on the sensor element ( 22 ) and a flexible strip conductor film ( 48 ) preassembled on the bushing element ( 44 ) are connected with each other in a conductive manner.

. Sensor housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that the cable opening ( 42 ) is formed by a tube section ( 9 ) projecting from a basic body ( 2 ) of the corpus ( 1 ).

. Sensor housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that a signal passage window is arranged in the corpus ( 1 ).

. Sensor housing according to claim 9 , characterized in that the signal passage window is formed in a tube section ( 4 ) projecting from a basic body ( 2 ) of the corpus ( 1 ).

. Sensor housing according to claim 8 , characterized in that the tube section ( 9 ; 4 ) comprises an outside thread.

. Sensor housing according to claim 11 , characterized in that the outside thread is interrupted by a facet ( 15 - 20 ) in at least one place of the circumference of the tube section ( 9 ; 4 ).

. Sensor housing according to claim 12 , characterized in that the facet ( 15 ; 17 ; 19 ; 20 ) intersects a core of the outside thread.

. Sensor housing according to claim 12 , characterized in that the outside thread is interrupted by recessed facets ( 15 - 20 ) in at least two places diametrically opposed to each other.

. Sensor housing according to claim 1 , characterized in that the corpus ( 1 ) is formed of metal, in particular of metallic glass.

. Sensor housing according to claim 15 , characterized in that the metallic glass is an alloy on the basis of titanium and zirconium.

. Sensor housing according to claim 15 , characterized in that the corpus ( 1 ) has a hardness of at least 380° Vickers, preferably of at least 450° Vickers.

. Sensor housing according to claim 15 , characterized in that the corpus ( 1 ) has at least locally a surface roughness of less than Rz=5.3 μm.
