Abstract
A depressant of capsaicin-sensitive sensory nerve, containing quinuclidin-3′-yl 1-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-2-carboxylate or a salt thereof as an active ingredient, specifically a therapeutic drug of interstitial cystitis, hypersensitive disorder of the lower urinary tract, and/or abacterial prostatitis.

6 . A method of treating a patient suffering from interstitial cystitis, comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of quinuclidin-3′-yl 1-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-2-carboxylate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
7 . The method according to claim 6 , in which an oral preparation is administered.
8 . A method of treating a patient suffering from a hypersensitivity disorder of the lower urinary tract, comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of quinuclidin-3′-yl 1-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-2-carboxylate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
9 . The method according to claim 8 , in which an oral preparation is administered.
10 . A method of treating a patient suffering from abacterial prostatitis, comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of quinuclidin-3′-yl 1-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-2-carboxylate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
