Abstract
A device for storing a fluid or gel-like cosmetic product, comprising a storage compartment for the product and an elongated mixing device which is freely movable in the storage compartment.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 18 . (canceled)
19 . A device for storing a fluid or gel-like cosmetic product, comprising a storage compartment for the product and an elongated mixing device which is freely movable in the storage compartment.
20 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein the mixing device has a longitudinal dimension (L) and a transverse dimension (Q), wherein
Q
L
is at least 1.3:1.
21 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein the mixing device has a longitudinal dimension (L) and a transverse dimension (Q), wherein
Q
L
is at least 2:1.
22 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein the mixing device has a longitudinal dimension (L) and a transverse dimension (Q), wherein
Q
L
is at least 3:1.
23 . A device as set forth in claim 19 or 20 wherein the storage compartment has a bottom having an extent (B) wherein the extent (B) of the bottom surface is less than the longitudinal dimension (L) of the mixing device.
24 . A device as set forth in claim 19 or 20 wherein the storage compartment has a bottom with a concave inside surface.
25 . A device as set forth in claim 19 or 20 wherein the storage compartment has a bottom in the form of a separate component.
26 . A device as set forth in claim 20 further including an applicator device which in a rest position projects into the storage means, wherein in the rest position a spacing (C) of the applicator device from a bottom the storage compartment is less than the length (L) of the mixing device.
27 . A device as set forth in claim 20 further including an applicator device which in a rest position projects into the storage compartment, wherein in the rest position a spacing (A) of the applicator device from a wall of the storage compartment is greater than the maximum transverse dimension (Q) of the mixing device.
28 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein the mixing device in cross-section is one of round, ellipsoidal, polygonal, hexagonal, rectangular, square, triangular, oval, parallelepipedic, and polygonal column.
29 . A device as set forth in claim 28 wherein the mixing device in cross-section is one of cylindrical, conical, frustoconical, pyramidal, and frustopyramidal.
30 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein the mixing device has at least one axial and/or radial opening.
31 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein the mixing device has at least one end face which is convex, cupola-shaped, chamfered or pointed.
32 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein the mixing device is of a one-part configuration.
33 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein the mixing device is of a multi-part configuration.
34 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein the mixing device has a density which is greater than 2 kg/dm 3 .
35 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein the mixing device has a center of gravity which is disposed eccentrically with respect to its longitudinal dimension (L).
36 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein a part of the mixing device which comes into contact with the product does not chemically react with or dissolve in the product.
37 . A device as set forth in claim 19 wherein the mixing device comprises one of metal, mercury, plastic material, inorganic material, stone, ceramic, and weighted plastic material.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
