Abstract

A high pull-out force of souvenir badge includes a magnetically attractive badge body that shows a design and has a pointed stem for piercing a nonmetal sheet member, for example, a clothe or the visor of a sports cap, and a positioning block made of a magnet and having a positioning hole for receiving the pointed stem to secure the badge body to the nonmetal sheet member by means of magnetic attraction between the badge body and the positioning block.

A souvenir badge comprising a badge body and at least one positioning block for fastening to said badge body to secure said badge body to an external object, wherein said badge body is made of a magnetically attractive material, comprising a head and at least one stem perpendicularly extending from a bottom side of said head for piercing said external object; each said positioning block is a magnet member adapted to attract said badge body, each said positioning block comprising a positioning hole for receiving one said stem of said badge body.

2 . The souvenir badge as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each said stem has a plain distal end remote from said head.

3 . The souvenir badge as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each said stem has a round distal end remote from said head.

4 . The souvenir badge as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each said stem has a free end terminating in a pointed tip.

5 . The souvenir badge as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each said positioning block is embedded in said external object.

6 . The souvenir badge as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said badge body comprises a plurality of stems perpendicularly extending from the bottom side thereof and spaced from one another at a predetermined distance.

7 . The souvenir badge as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said external object is a sports cap.
