Inner package of packing box

Abstract

An inner package includes a plurality of containing sections. Each containing section includes a bottom board, several side boards each connected with the bottom board by a folding line formed on the containing sections. The inner package is unfolded as a rectangular board. The bottom board and the side boards share a same boundary with the rectangular board.

An inner package comprising a plurality of containing sections, each containing section including a bottom board, several side boards each connected with the bottom board by a folding line formed on the containing sections; wherein the inner package is configured to be unfolded as a rectangular board, and the bottom board and the side boards share the same boundary with the rectangular board. 
   
   
       2 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of containing sections are a first containing section and a second containing section; the second containing section connects with the first containing section by at least one folding line formed between the first containing section and the second containing section. 
   
   
       3 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the first containing section includes a first bottom board, a first side board, a second side board, a third side board and a fourth side board, wherein each of the first side board, the second side board, the third side board and the fourth side board connects with the first bottom board by a folding line, and the first side board, the second side board, the third side board and the fourth side board are capable of being folded up to be perpendicular to the first bottom board. 
   
   
       4 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the first side board and the third side board are disposed oppositely, and the second side board and the fourth side board are disposed oppositely. 
   
   
       5 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the first side board is parallel to the third side board, the second side board is parallel to the fourth side board and perpendicular to the first side board. 
   
   
       6 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the first side board upwards extends from a top edge of the first bottom board, and a first connecting board leftward extends from a left end of the first side board with a folding line defined therebetween, and a second connecting board rightward extends from a right end of the first side board with a folding line defined therebetween;
 wherein a third connecting board leftward extends from a left end of the third side board with a folding line defined therebetween, and a fourth connecting board rightward extends from a right end of the third side board with a folding line defined therebetween;   wherein the first connecting board and the third connecting board are capable of being folded inwardly along corresponding folding lines to be attached to the second side board, which is folded to be perpendicular to the first bottom board; and   wherein the second connecting board and the fourth connecting board are capable of being folded inwardly along corresponding folding lines to be attached to the fourth side board, which is folded to be perpendicular to the first bottom board.   
   
   
       7 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the first connecting board has a first engaging groove, the second connecting board has a second engaging groove, the third connecting board has a third engaging groove, and the fourth connecting board has a fourth engaging groove; wherein the first engaging groove is capable of engaging with the third engaging groove when the first and third connecting board are folded to overlap each other, and the second engaging groove is capable of engaging with the fourth engaging groove when the second connecting board and the fourth connecting board are folded to overlap each other. 
   
   
       8 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein a semicircular cutout is defined in the first side board. 
   
   
       9 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the first containing section further includes a cushion board extending leftwards from a left edge of the second side board with a folding line defined therebetween, and the cushion board is capable of being folded outwardly and downwardly to be parallel to the second side board along the folding line between the second side board and the cushion board. 
   
   
       10 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 9 , further comprising a first cover extending from a distal end of the cushion board to cover the first containing section. 
   
   
       11 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the second containing section includes a second bottom board, a fifth side board and a sixth side board, the fifth side board connecting with the fourth side board with a folding line defined therebetween, the fifth side board connecting with a left edge of the second bottom board with a folding line defined therebetween, the sixth side board connecting with a right edge of the second bottom board with a folding line defined therebetween; wherein the fifth side board is capable of being folded to be parallel to the fourth side board, and the second bottom board is capable of being folded to be parallel to the first bottom board, and the sixth side board is capable of being folded to be perpendicular to the second bottom board. 
   
   
       12 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 11 , further comprising a second cover extending from a distal end of the sixth board to cover the second containing section. 
   
   
       13 . The inner package as claimed in  claim 11 , further comprising a first cover extending from a distal end of the cushion board to cover the first containing section and a second cover extending from a distal end of the sixth board to cover the second containing section.
