Abstract
There are provided according to the invention, novel compounds of formula (I) wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , X, a, b and Z are as defined in the specification, processes for preparing them, formulations containing them and their use in therapy for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A compound which is N-{[4-(3,4-Dichlorobenzyl)morpholin-2-yl]methyl}-2-(5-methoxy-2-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)acetamide or a salt thereof.
2 . The compound of claim 1 , in which the salt is a physiologically acceptable salt.
3 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising: a compound of claim 2 and one or more physiologically acceptable diluents or excipients.
4 . A method for the treatment of an inflammatory condition of the lung comprising administering to a patient an effective amount of a compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
