Abstract

An energy saving support service offering method includes introducing an inverter at least in a load facility having a motor with an expense of an energy saving support service provider and/or its cooperatives, and performing an electric power saving operation by an inverter control operation.

1 . An energy saving support service offering method, comprising the steps of:
 introducing an inverter at least in a load facility having a motor with an expense of an energy saving support service provider and/or its cooperatives; and   performing an electric power saving operation by an inverter control operation.   
   
   
       2 . A method for calculating an effect of saved power consumption of an energy saving operation support method, comprising the steps of:
 storing data;   calculating a power saving effect utilizing data when an inverter is introduced which controls a rotation speed of a driving motor for at least one of a fan, a blower and a pump of a power consumption system;   wherein the data which is stored includes power consumption data corresponding to wind volume or flow volume before the inverter is introduced;   wherein the data which is utilized for calculation includes wind volume data or flow volume data at every moment after the inverter is introduced and which controls the rotation speed;   wherein the data which is utilized for calculation includes actual power consumption data at every moment after the inverter is introduced and which controls the rotation speed;   wherein the calculating includes estimating a power consumption at every moment before the inverter is introduced corresponding to the wind volume data or the flow volume data at every moment after the inverter is introduced and which controls the rotation speed, based on a relation between the stored wind volume and flow volume before the inverter is introduced and the power consumption data; or   wherein the calculating includes calculating a saved power consumption corresponding to a difference between an accumulated power consumption from a first time to a second time before the inverter is introduced and an accumulated power consumption from the first time to the second time after the inverter is introduced, based on the actual power consumption data at every moment after the inverter is introduced and which controls the rotation speed, and wherein the calculated estimated power consumption at every moment before the inverter is introduced is calculated using the stored data.   
   
   
       3 . A method for calculating power consumption before an inverter is introduced to a power consumption system, wherein:
 a) according to a technique for saving energy an inverter is introduced by a service provider for controlling rotation speed of a driving motor for a device which is at least one of a fan, blower and pump;   b) a user collects current and voltage supplied to the motor via a volt meter and a current meter and a fluid processing volume at every moment that is a wind volume or flow volume at every moment of the device corresponding to the collected voltage and current via a detector of the fluid processing volume;   c) the service provider uses a merit amount of an energy saved operation for calculating an amount of money received by the service provider as consideration of the energy saved operation from the user, in an energy saving support method, wherein the merit amount of the energy saved operation is calculated corresponding to a difference between the power consumption before and after the introduction of the inverter; and   d) calculating power consumption before introduction of the inverter by performing:
 d1) processing to receive a fluid processing volume of the device at every moment which is collected by an operation data collecting system at premises of the user via a communication line; and 
   d2) processing to calculate a power consumption at every moment corresponding to the collected fluid processing volume at every moment using a relation between fluid processing volume of the device and power consumption of the motor, measured and stored in advance, to accumulate the calculated power consumption, and to calculate the power consumption before the inverter is introduced.   
   
   
       4 . A method for calculating power consumption before an inverter is introduced, according to  claim 3 , wherein the fluid processing volume of the device is collected by the operation data collecting system for a predetermined time period and transmitted via the communication line.

A method for calculating power consumption before an inverter is introduced, according to the  claim 3 , wherein the operation data collecting system calculates the power consumption when the inverter is introduced by accumulating the collected current and voltage, and the power consumption when the inverter is introduced, and the power consumption when the inverter is not introduced in accordance with data obtained via the communication line from the operation data collecting system. 
   
   
       6 . An apparatus for calculating an effect of saved power consumption of an energy saving operation support method, comprising:
 a storing apparatus for storing data;   a data processing apparatus for calculating a power saving effect when an inverter is introduced which controls a rotation speed of a driving motor for at least one of a fan, a blower and a pump of a power consumption system:   wherein the storing apparatus stores power consumption data corresponding to wind volume or flow volume before the inverter is introduced;   wherein the data processing apparatus receives wind volume data or flow volume data at every moment after the inverter is introduced and controls the rotation speed;   wherein the data processing apparatus receives actual power consumption data at every moment after the inverter is introduced and controls the rotation speed;   wherein the data processing apparatus estimates a power consumption at every moment before the inverter is introduced corresponding to the wind volume data or the flow volume data at every moment after the inverter is introduced and controls the rotation speed, based on a relation between the stored wind volume or flow volume before the inverter is introduced and the power consumption data; and   wherein the data processing apparatus calculates the saved power consumption corresponding to the difference between an accumulated power consumption from a first time to a second time before the inverter is introduced and an accumulated power consumption from the first time to the second time after the inverter is introduced, based on the actual power consumption data at every moment after the inverter is introduced and controls the rotation speed, and the estimated power consumption at every moment before the inverter is introduced that is calculated using the stored relation.   
   
   
       7 . A data processing apparatus for calculating power consumption before an inverter is introduced, wherein:
 a) according to a technique for saving energy an inverter is introduced by a service provider for controlling rotation speed of a driving motor for a device including at least one of a fan, blower and pump of a power consumption system:   b) a user collects current and voltage supplied to the motor via a volt meter and a current meter and fluid processing volume at every moment that is wind volume or flow volume at every moment of the device corresponding to the collected voltage and current via means for detecting the fluid processing volume;   c) the service provider uses a merit amount of the energy saved operation which is base for calculating an amount of money received by the service provider as consideration of energy saved operation from the user, in an energy saving support method, wherein the merit amount of the energy saved operation is calculated corresponding to a difference between power consumptions for before and after the introduction of the inverter; and   d) the data processing apparatus for calculating power consumption before an inverter performs;
 d1) processing to receive fluid processing volume of the subject device at every moment collected by a operation data collecting system at premises of the user via a communication line; and 
   d2) processing to calculate power consumption at every moment corresponding to the collected fluid processing volume at every moment using a relation between fluid processing volume of the device and power consumption of the motor, measured and stored in advance, to accumulate the calculated power consumption and to calculate power consumption before the inverter is introduced.   
   
   
       8 . A data processing apparatus for calculating power consumption before an inverter is introduced, according to the  claim 7 , wherein the fluid processing volume of the device received by the data processing apparatus is collected by the operation data collecting system for a predetermined time period and transmitted via the communication line. 
   
   
       9 . A data processing apparatus for calculating power consumption before an inverter is introduced, according to the  claim 7 ,
 wherein the operation data collecting system calculates a power consumption when the inverter is introduced by accumulating the collected current and voltage; and
 the data processing apparatus receives the power consumption when the inverter is introduced, which is necessary for the data processing apparatus to calculate the difference from the power consumption when the inverter is not introduced via the communication line from the operation data collecting system.
