16 . An exercise machine, comprising:
a base; a saddle provided on said base via a first elastic flexible shaft; a pedaling pedestal provided on said base so that a pedaling axis for said pedaling pedestal is tilted toward said saddle; and a handle provided on said base via a second elastic flexible shaft.

17 . An exercise machine, comprising:
a base; a saddle provided at a predetermined position of said base via a first elastic flexible shaft; a pedaling pedestal provided at a front side of said saddle on said base so that a pedaling axis for said pedaling pedestal is tilted toward said saddle; a handle supported so as to be movably right and left via a second elastic flexible shaft provided at a front side from said pedaling pedestal on said base and tilted toward said saddle; and a first driving device for moving said handle right and left attached to a top end of said second elastic flexible shaft for supporting said handle.

18 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 16 ,
wherein said base includes at least a pair of pipes which are positioned in parallel and configured such that front portions of said pipes are bended upward and an auxiliary member for connecting said pipes.

19 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 17 ,
wherein said base includes at least a pair of pipes which are positioned in parallel and configured such that front portions of said pipes are bended upward and an auxiliary member for connecting said pipes.

20 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 16 ,
wherein said saddle is connected with a top end of said first elastic flexible shaft so as to be freely swung.

21 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 17 ,
wherein said saddle is connected with a top end of said first elastic flexible shaft so as to be freely swung.

22 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 16 , further comprising:
a second driving device for swinging said saddle connected with the second elastic flexible shaft.

23 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 17 , further comprising:
a second driving device for swinging said saddle connected with the second elastic flexible shaft.

24 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 16 ,
wherein said pedaling pedestal includes a pair of foot pedals which are tilted toward said saddle on said base and configured so as to be upped and downed within a predetermined stroke range, and an elastic body for pushing said foot pedals up.

25 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 17 , further comprising:
a second driving device for swinging said saddle connected with the second elastic flexible shaft.

26 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 16 , further comprising:
a third driving device for upping and downing said foot pedals within a predetermined stroke range.

27 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 17 , further comprising:
a third driving device for upping and downing said foot pedals within a predetermined stroke range.

28 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 16 ,
wherein said handle is attached to a holding member fixed to a top end of said second elastic flexible shaft so as to be movable right and left, wherein a driving means for moving said handle right and left is mounted at said holding member, wherein a controlling device for said driving means is provided in the vicinity of a grip of said handle or on a top of said holding member.

29 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 17 ,
wherein said handle is attached to a holding member fixed to a top end of said second elastic flexible shaft so as to be movable right and left, wherein a driving means for moving said handle right and left is mounted at said holding member, wherein a controlling device for said driving means is provided in the vicinity of a grip of said handle or on a top of said holding member.

30 . An exercise machine, comprising:
a base; a saddle provided on said base via an elastic flexible shaft; a pedaling pedestal with a pair of rotation pedals provided on said base so that a rotation axis of said pair of rotation pedals is tilted toward said saddle; and a handle attached to said base via a movable member configured so as to be moved forward and backward.

31 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 30 , further comprising:
a load controlling means for applying a load to said movable member so as to control a load for a forward and backward movement of said movable member.

32 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 30 ,
wherein said base includes a pair of pipes positioned in parallel and another pair of pipes which are elongated upward from said pair of pipes in parallel and supports said saddle, respectively.

33 . The exercise machine as set forth in claim 30 ,
wherein said saddle is connected with a top end of said elastic flexible shaft so as to be freely swung.
