Abstract

A cyclic amidine derivative represented by the formula: [wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 represent hydrogen, C 1-6 alkyl, aryl-C 1-6 alkyl, etc.; R 4 , R 5 and R 7 represent hydrogen, C 1-6 alkyl, etc.; Z represents 0 or 1; R 6 represents hydrogen, C 1-6 alkyl, C 1-6 alkyloxycarbonyl, etc.; n represents 1 or 2; Y 1 represents a single bond, —CH 2 —, etc.; Y 2 represents a single bond, —CO—, etc.; Ar represents hydrogen, a group represented by the formula: [wherein R 10 -R 14 represent hydrogen, C 1-6 alkyl, hydroxyl, C 1-6 alkoxy, etc., and R 11 and R 12 or R 12 and R 13 may bond together to form a 5- to 8-membered heterocycle], etc.] or a salt thereof.

       wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5  and R 7  are the same or different and each represents hydrogen, cyano, halogen or a group selected from Substituent Group A; 
       z represents 0 or 1 
       R 4  and R 5  may bond together to form a single bond; 
       R 6  represents hydrogen, C 1-6  alkyl, acyl, carbamoyl, hydroxyl, C 1-6  alkoxy, C 1-6  alkyloxycarbonyloxy, C 3-8  cycloalkyl, C 1-6  alkyloxycarbonyl optionally substituted with acyloxy or a C 6-14  aromatic hydrocarbon ring group or a 5- to 14-membered aromatic heterocyclic group, each of the foregoing members being optionally substituted with at least one group selected from Substituent Group E; 
       n represents an integer of 1 or 2; 
       Y 1  represents a single bond, —(CH 2 ) m —, —CR 8 —, —CR 8 CR 9 —, —CH 2 CO—, —NR 8 —, —SO—, —SO 2 —, —CO—, —CONR 8 — or —SO 2 NR 8 —, [wherein m represents an integer of 1 to 3, and R 8  and R 9  are the same or different and each represents hydrogen, halogen, C 1-6  alkyl, carboxyl or C 1-6  alkoxycarbonyl; 
       Y 2  represents a single bond, O, N, —(CH 2 ) m —, —CR 8 —, CR 8 R 9 —, —CO—, —SO—, —SO 2 — or —C(═N—OR 8 )—, wherein m represents an integer of 1 to 3, and R 8  and R 9  are the same of different and each represents hydrogen, halogen, C 1-6  alkyl, carboxyl or C 1-6  alkoxycarbonyl;

       Substituent Group A represents moieties selected from the group consisting of C 1-6  alkyl, alkylidene, C 2-6  alkenyl, C 2-6  alkynyl, acyl, carboxyl, carbamoyl, C 1-6  alkoxycarbonyl, C 1-6  alkylaminocarbonyl, hydroxyl, C 1-6  alkoxy, C 3-8  cycloalkyloxy, amino, C 1-6  alkylamino, C 3-8  cycloalkylamino, acylamino, sulfonylamino, sulfonyl, sulfamoyl, C 3-8  cycloalkyl, a 5- to 14-membered non-aromatic heterocyclic group, a C 6-14  aromatic hydrocarbon ring group and a 5- to 14-membered aromatic heterocyclic group, each of the foregoing members being optionally substituted with at least one group selected from Substituent Group A′; 
       Substituent Group A′ represents moieties selected from the group consisting of C 1-6  alkyl, C 2-6  alkenyl, C 2-6  alkynyl, cyano, acyl, carboxyl, carbamoyl, C 1-6  alkoxycarbonyl, C 1-6  alkylaminocarbonyl, hydroxyl, C 1-6  alkoxy, C 3-8  cycloalkyloxy, amino, C 1-6  alkylamino, C 3-8  cycloalkylamino, acylamino, ureido, ureylene, sulfonylamino, sulfonyl, sulfamoyl, halogen, C 3-8  cycloalkyl, a heterocyclic alkyl group, a 5- to 14-membered non-aromatic heterocyclic group, a C 6-14  aromatic hydrocarbon ring group and a 5- to 14-membered aromatic heterocyclic group, wherein the C 6-14  aromatic hydrocarbon ring group and the 5- to 14-membered aromatic heterocyclic group may be substituted with at least one group selected from the group consisting of C 1-6  alkyl, cyano, acyl, carboxyl, carbamoyl, C 1-6  alkoxycarbonyl, C 1-6  alkylaminocarbonyl, hydroxyl, C 1-6  alkoxy, C 3-8  cycloalkyloxy, nitro, amino, C 1-6  alkylamino, C 3-8  cycloalkylamino, acylamino, ureido, ureylene, sulfonylamino, sulfonyl, sulfamoyl, halogen and C 3-8  cycloalkyl;

 wherein R 1 , R 2  and R 3  are the same or different and each represents a group selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C 1-6  alkyl, C 1-6  alkoxy, aryl-C 1-6  alkyl and aryl-C 1-6  alkylidene;   R 4 , R 5  and R 7  are the same or different and each represents a group selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C 1-6  alkyl and hydroxyl;   z represents 0 or 1;   R 4  and R 5  may bond together to form a single bond;   R 6  represents a group selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C 1-6  alkyl and C 1-6  alkyloxycarbonyl optionally substituted with acyloxy;   n represents 1;   Y 1  represents a single bond or —(CH 2 ) m , wherein m represents an integer of 1 to 3;   Y 2  represents a single bond or —CO—;   Ar represents hydrogen or a group represented by the formula:
