Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A foldable chair with a table comprising a table, a pair of armrests, and two connecting joints, wherein said table comprises a receiving capacity positioned thereon and several sliding grooves defined at the bottom thereof; said connecting joints comprising a upper clip unit and a lower clip unit, said upper clip unit comprising T-shape locking members respectively mounted to the top surface and two near side walls thereof, and the top of which are slidably engaged with said sliding grooves; first semi-circular fillister is defined at the lower part of said upper clip unit which has first pair of fixing protrusion positioned on two inner opposite walls of said semi-circular fillister relatively; first engaging protrusion member and first pair of engaging tubes are respectively on two side wall faces of said upper clip unit; second semi-circular fillister of said lower clip unit is positioned thereon corresponding to said first semi-circular fillister of said upper clip unit, second pair of fixing protrusion corresponding to said first pair of fixing protrusion are securely positioned on two inner walls of said second semi-circular fillister; second engaging protrusion member and second engaging tube respectively corresponding to first engaging protrusion member and engaging tube are securely positioned on two side walls of said lower clip unit; said pair of armrests which are in cylinder shape respectively comprise four fixing slots positioned around; the corresponding relationship between said first and second semi-circular fillister secures said upper and lower clip units on said pair of armrests respectively, of which said two relative pairs of fixing protrusions are securely engaged with said elongated slots defined on said pair of armrests.

2 . The foldable chair with a table, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said connecting joints are capable of being installed in vertically upright positioned and sliding within said sliding grooves forward and backward, leftward and rightward.

3 . The foldable chair with a table, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said connecting joints are capable of being installed in transversely lying position and sliding within said sliding grooves merely forward and backward.

4 . The foldable chair with a table, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said two connecting joints capable of being securely installed on said armrest of the same one so as to couple said table with the seat laterally.

5 . The foldable chair with a table, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said connecting joints are capable of being securely installed in vertically upright position or in transversely lying position so as to assemble the table with different height.

6 . The foldable chair with a table, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said connecting joints are capable of being securely installed on the lateral frame of the seat so as to couple said table with the seat laterally.

7 . The foldable chair with a table, as recited in claim 1 , wherein the shape of said armrests could be changed, and so as the shape of said first and second semi-circular fillister corresponding thereto.
