Abstract
A base part for a shower stall or a kitchen includes a floor with a peripheral side extending from a top thereof and the peripheral side includes an installation portion which includes an installation side and a fixing side. The installation side has a flat and horizontal top surface and a groove is defined in the flat and horizontal top surface of the installation side such that wall such as glass wall is engaged. The fixing side is connected to a wall. The floor includes protrusions extending from a top surface thereof so as to form a non-slip surface. A drain hole is defined through the floor when necessary.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A base part comprising:
a floor with a peripheral side extending from a top thereof and the peripheral side including an installation portion, the installation portion including an installation side which has a flat and horizontal top surface, a groove defined in the flat and horizontal top surface of the installation side, the floor including protrusions extending from a top surface thereof.
2 . The base part as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the peripheral side includes a fixing side which is integrally connected with the installation side so as to be together with the installation side to enclose a periphery of the floor.
3 . The base part as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a drain hole is defined through the floor.
4 . The base part as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a wall is securely inserted into the groove.
5 . The base part as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the wall is connected with a bolt which extends into the groove and penetrates through the base part to fix to the ground.
6 . The base part as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the groove includes multiple separated sections.
7 . The base part as claimed in claim 2 , wherein upright portions are connected perpendicularly from the peripheral side and an elongate groove is defined in each of the upright portions and communicates with the groove in the installation side, a wall is connected between the upright portions and connected to the fixing side.
8 . The base part as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a recess is defined in an underside of the peripheral side.Cited by (0)
