Abstract
A system for collaboratively producing artwork includes a server and a plurality of user computers coupled to a network. The server transmits a request for submissions to collaborators and who prepare portions of the artwork using multimedia tools provided by the server computer. The collaborators transmit their completed portions of the artwork back to the server computer where they are compiled and transmitted to a recipient on a designated time.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A computer program product comprising a computer usable medium having a computer readable program code embodied therein, the computer readable program code adapted to be executed to implement a method for facilitating social network interaction among online users over a computer network using a web browser, the method comprising:
providing, by a server computer, a graphical user interface that is separately accessible by users of one or more client computers on the network, the graphical user interface having a work page and a plurality of tools accessible to client computers for creating artworks; inputting a send date to the server computer; receiving, by the server computer, a first artwork from a user of a first client computer, the first artwork being created using the drawing tool; receiving, by the server computer, a second artwork from a user of a second client computer, the second artwork being created using the drawing tool; and compiling, by the server computer, the first artwork with the second artwork to form a collaborative artwork with the first artwork separated from the second artwork; and transmitting, from the server computer, the collaborative artwork to a third client computer on the send date.
2 . The computer program product of claim 1 wherein the graphical user interface provides a first identification associated with the first artwork and a second identification associated with the second artwork and selecting the first identification causes the first artwork of the collaborative artwork to be displayed.
3 . The computer program product of claim 1 wherein the graphical user interface provides a first icon associated with the first artwork and a second icon associated with the second artwork and selecting the first icon with a pointing device causes the first artwork of the collaborative artwork to be displayed.
4 . The computer program product of claim 1 wherein the collaborative artwork includes a user display having a graphical display showing a plurality of icons arranged in a three dimensional array including a first icon associated with the first artwork and a second icon associated with a second artwork, selecting the first icon with a pointing device causes the first artwork to be displayed and selecting the second icon with a pointing device causes the second artwork to be displayed.
5 . The computer program product of claim 4 wherein the three dimensional array includes a visual representation of a three dimensional object.
6 . The computer program product of claim 1 wherein the tools includes a drawing tool and an audio recording tool.
7 . The computer program product of claim 6 wherein the first artwork includes a drawing and the second artwork includes an audio recording.
8 . The computer program product of claim 1 wherein the method further comprises:
transmitting, from the server computer, a reminder message to the first client computer if the first portion of the collaborative artwork is not received by the server computer by a predetermined time prior to the send date.
9 . A method for facilitating social network interaction among online users over a
computer network using a web browser, the method comprising: providing, by a server computer, a graphical user interface that is separately accessible by users of one or more client computers on the network, the graphical user interface having a work page and a plurality of tools accessible to client computers for creating artworks; inputting a send date to the server computer; receiving, by the server computer, a first artwork from a first client computer, the first artwork being created using the drawing tool; receiving, by the server computer, a second artwork from a second client computer, the second artwork being created using the drawing tool; and compiling, by the server computer, the first artwork with the second artwork to form a collaborative artwork with the first artwork separated from the second artwork; and transmitting, from the server computer, the collaborative artwork to a third client computer on the send date.
10 . The method of claim 9 wherein the graphical user interface provides a first identification associated with the first artwork and a second identification associated with the second artwork and selecting the first identification causes the first artwork of the collaborative artwork to be displayed.
11 . The method of claim 9 wherein the graphical user interface provides a first icon associated with the first artwork and a second icon associated with the second artwork and selecting the first icon with a pointing device causes the first artwork of the collaborative artwork to be displayed.
12 . The method of claim 9 wherein the collaborative artwork includes a user display having a graphical display showing a plurality of icons arranged in a three dimensional array including a first icon associated with the first artwork and a second icon associated with a second artwork, selecting the first icon with a pointing device causes the first artwork to be displayed and selecting the second icon with a pointing device causes the second artwork to be displayed.
13 . The method of claim 12 wherein the three dimensional array includes a visual representation of a three dimensional object.
14 . The method of claim 9 wherein the tools includes a drawing tool and an audio recording tool.
15 . The computer program product of claim 9 wherein the method further comprises:
transmitting, from the server computer, a reminder message to the first client computer if the first portion of the collaborative artwork is not received by the server computer by a predetermined time prior to the send date.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
