Abstract
Provided are a lottery system and method based on the sequence number of payment. The system and method discount a payment amount of a prize winner by an amount that is computed by aggregating certain rates of sales of non-winners by means of giving a sequence number of amount payment for each payment amount group at the time of making card payment or cash payment, and also discount the payment amount depending on the sequence numbering result for each winning probability by allowing customers to select the winning probabilities.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A lottery system based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery system comprising:
a card payment terminal arranged in a chain store for sending card information and payment information, to be regarded as the object of the lottery based on the payment sequence number for amount payment through a credit card, to a payment/lottery management server, and indicating winning or non-winning information of the credit card on a sale receipt; an electronic authentication server for performing an authentication process in response to a credit inquiry request signal for the amount payment of the credit card from the card payment terminal; a finance payment server prepared in a payment center of a credit card company for conducting an amount payment process for the credit card which is authenticated by the electronic authentication server; and the payment/lottery management server for classifying plural groups by payment amount units based on the amount payment request signal, card information and the payment amount information provided from the card payment terminal, giving a sequence number of payment for each group, confirming whether or not the given sequence number matches a pre-designated winning sequence number to conduct a winning process, and sending the winning information to the card payment terminal.
2 . The lottery system of claim 1 , wherein the payment/lottery management server judges whether the card is a nonaffiliated card or an affiliated card based on the card information sent from the card payment terminal.

The lottery system of claim 1 , wherein the card payment terminal provides the payment/lottery management server with payer personal information having hand phone information of the customer and payment amount information to give a lottery chance to the payer who performs cash payment for specific goods or services.

The lottery system of claim 1 , wherein the plural groups classified by payment amount units by the payment/lottery management server include non-overlapping payment groups such as a payment group below 100,000 won, a payment group above 100,000 won but below 200,000 won a payment group above 200,000 won but below 300,000 won, a payment group above 300,000 won but below 500,000 won, and a payment group above 500,000 won but below 1,000,000 won.

The lottery system of claim 1 , wherein the financial resources of the winning money provided by the payment/lottery management server are prepared by accumulating certain rates of the goods amount offered by the proprietor of the chain store upon payment of non-winners designated by payment sequence numbers before the prize winner.
6 . The lottery system of claim 1 , wherein the payment/lottery management server includes:
a wire/wireless gateway for matching data sent through a web network and a wireless Internet network with a protocol prepared in the server; a connection part for connecting the data sent through the gateway to an inside module of the server; an authentication center for authenticating whether or not the chain store is an affiliated chain store based on an identification (ID) number such as an MAC address of the card payment terminal of each chain store; a connection sensing processor for checking the connection status of the card payment terminal of each chain store; a group designation processor for designating groups pre-classified by payment amounts of customers sent from the card payment terminal; a sequence numbering execution processor for deciding a payment sequence number of the customer within the corresponding group in a state where the group is designated in the group designation processor depending on the payment amount information of the customer applied from the card payment terminal; a cost settlement processor for subtracting winning money from the payment amount of each customer to settle an amount the card payment terminal of the chain store will pay; a data storage part for storing the ID number of the card payment terminal for each chain store and affiliated chain store information for each ID number, the payment sequence number information for each payment amount group, and the winning information for each group; and a control module for confirming as to whether or not the chain store is affiliated chain store depending on the payment amount information and chain store code provided from the card payment terminal through the gateway by using the authentication center, and further confirming whether or not the customer is a prize winner based on the payment sequence number within the group in the state where the group is designated depending on the payment amount.
7 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
classifying and establishing groups by payment amounts at a payment/lottery management server; sending a payment signal and payment amount information using a credit card of a specific customer at a card payment terminal; receiving the payment signal and the payment amount information and designating a group, to which the payment amount corresponds, at the payment/lottery management server; judging at the payment/lottery management server whether or not a payment sequence number of a payer matches a predetermined winning sequence number; judging the payer to be a prize winner if the payment sequence number matches the predetermined winning sequence number, and sending winning information to the card payment terminal at the payment/lottery management server; generating a payment signal of a payment amount excluding a winning money at the card payment terminal; performing the card payment, at an electronic authentication server and a finance payment server, in response to the payment signal from the card payment terminal; and outputting the payment information and the winning information on a receipt at the card payment terminal.
8 . The lottery method of claim 7 , wherein the card payment terminal, in response to a selection of the customer, a payment sequence numbering is not performed in an upper payment amount group, but is divided multiple times and performed in a lower payment amount group.
9 . The lottery method of claim 7 , further comprising the steps of:
if the payment amount signal is inputted from the card payment terminal, computing, at the payment/lottery management server, a certain rate of the payment amount as a reserve fund; and aggregating and accumulating, at the payment/lottery management server, reserve funds of non-winners by preset periods from each chain store.
10 . The lottery method of claim 7 , further comprising the step of updating, at the payment/lottery management server, information the payment sequence number of the prize winner with “0” if there is the prize winner.
11 . The lottery method of claim 7 , further comprising the step of sending, at the payment/lottery management server, information to make sure that information on the sequence number or the payer and the winning sequence number is outputted on a card receipt if the payer is non-winner.
12 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
sending payment amount information and an ID number of a card payment terminal from the card payment terminal to a payment/lottery management server when a cash user makes cash payment for a purchase amount of goods or a usage amount of services and then inputs the payment amount information using the card payment terminal; giving, at the payment/lottery management server, a payment sequence number of the customer after a previous payment sequence number within a group pre-classified depending on the payment amount information of the payer; judging at the payment/lottery management server whether or not the payment sequence number of the customer matches a predetermined winning sequence number; settling, at the payment/lottery management server, a final payment amount excluding a winning money from the payment amount of the customer if the payment sequence number matches the predetermined winning sequence number, and sending winning information to the card payment terminal; and outputting a cash receipt including the winning information and the payment information at the card payment terminal.
13 . A lottery system based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery system comprising:
a card payment terminal arranged in a chain store for sending card information, payment information and group selection information by lottery object person numbers selected by a customer, to be regarded as the object of the lottery based on the payment sequence number for amount payment through a credit card, to a payment/lottery management server, and indicating winning or non-winner information of the credit card on a sale receipt; an electronic authentication server for performing an authentication process in response to a credit inquiry request signal for the amount payment of the credit card from the card payment terminal; a finance payment server prepared in a payment center of a credit card company for conducting an amount payment process for the credit card which is authenticated by the electronic authentication server; and the payment/lottery management server for giving a sequence number of the payment customer within the lottery object person number group based on the amount payment request signal, card information and the group selection information by lottery object person numbers selected by the customer sent from the card payment terminal, confirming whether or not the given payment sequence number matches a pre-designated winning sequence number to conduct a winning process, and sending winning information to the card payment terminal.
14 . The lottery system of claim 13 , wherein plural groups classified by the lottery object persons by the payment/lottery management server include a 10-person group where a 10 th (payer out of 10 payers is a prize winner, and a 20-person group where a 20 th payer of 20 payers is a prize winner.
15 . The lottery system of claim 13 , wherein the winning money provided by the payment/lottery management server is much accumulated for a group in which the number of persons involved in the object of the lottery is large.
16 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
sending card information, a terminal ID number, payment amount information and group information by lottery object person numbers selected by a customer from a card payment terminal arranged in a chain store to a payment/lottery management server; giving a payment sequence number of the customer after a previous payment sequence number within the lottery object person number group selected by the customer at the payment/lottery management server: judging at the payment/lottery management server whether or not the payment sequence number matches a predetermined winning sequence number; judging the payer to be a prize winner if the payment sequence number matches a predetermined winning sequence number, and sending winning information to the card payment terminal at the payment/lottery management server; generating a payment signal of a payment amount excluding winning money at the card payment terminal; performing card payment, at an electronic authentication server and a finance payment server, in response to the payment signal from the card payment terminal, and sending the payment information to the card payment terminal; and outputting the payment information and the winning information on a receipt at the card payment terminal.
17 . The lottery method of claim 16 , wherein the reserve fund accumulated for non-winners by the card payment terminal is accumulated for each lottery person number group.
18 . The lottery method of claim 16 , wherein the winning money provided to the prize winner is an amount corresponding to a winning probability pre-selected by the prize winner with respect to the usage money used by the prize winner.

The lottery method of claim 16 , wherein the payment/lottery management server performs a prize winning or non-winning process by judging whether or not the sequence number of the payer matches a predetermined winning sequence number based on the lottery object person unit selected by the payer when the payer selects group information (winning probability information) by the lottery object person numbers, even in the state where the groups by the lottery object person numbers are not classified in the payment/lottery management server.
20 . The lottery method of claim 16 , further comprising the steps of:
sending the winning probability information from the payer's PC in advance; and registering the winning probability information at the payment/lottery management server, wherein the payment/lottery management server automatically classifies groups based on the registered winning information upon execution of the sequence numbering, without a separate selection of the customer.
21 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
sending card information, a terminal ID number, payment amount information and group information by lottery object person numbers selected by a customer from a card payment terminal arranged in a chain store to a payment/lottery management server; giving a payment sequence number of the customer after a previous payment sequence number in each subgroup by lottery object person numbers selected by the customer within each group pre-classified by payment amounts, at the payment/lottery management server; judging at the payment/lottery management server whether or not the payment sequence number of the customer matches a predetermined winning sequence number; judging, at the payment/lottery management server, the payer to be a prize winner if the payment sequence number matches the predetermined winning sequence number, and sending winning information accumulated in the group to the card payment terminal; generating a payment signal of a payment amount excluding the winning money at the card payment terminal; performing card payment, at an electronic authentication server and a finance payment server, in response to the payment signal from the card payment terminal, and sending the payment information to the card payment terminal; and outputting the payment information and the winning information on a receipt at the card payment terminal.
22 . A lottery system based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery system comprising:
a payer's PC equipped with a key button for generating a payment signal and certified authentication information and a web browser, and with a communication module for sending the corresponding information; an on-line payment server established in an on-line shopping mall for receiving a payment request signal from the payer's PC, sending the payment amount information of the goods to the payer's PC, and executing a payment process by a payment processor prepared in the on-line shopping mall; a finance server for conducting a card payment process of the goods amount based on the payment information sent from the payer's PC through the on-line payment server; and a payment/lottery management server for giving a sequence number within a pre-classified payment amount group based on the payment amount information and payer information, pre-given ID number information of the on-line shopping mall from the on-line payment server, and deciding a winning or non-winning.
23 . The lottery system of claim 22 , wherein the payment/lottery management server includes a database which stores the payment sequence information of each group by pre-classified payment amounts, the ID number information of the on-line shopping mall, and prize winner information.
24 . The lottery system of claim 22 , further comprising a mobile terminal having a payment tool for conducting mobile payment, instead of the payer's PC.
25 . The lottery system of claim 22 , further comprising a payer's telephone terminal for conducting ARS payment, instead of the payer's PC.
26 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
accepting a payment signal from a payer's PC connected to an on-line shopping mall; sending payment amount information of the payer and pre-given ID number information of the on-line shopping mall from an on-line payment server from an on-line payment server to a payment/lottery management server over a data communication network; giving a payment sequence number of the customer after a previous payment sequence number within a pre-classified group based on the payment amount information of the card payer at the payment/lottery management server; judging at the payment/lottery management server whether or not the payment sequence number of the customer matches a predetermined winning sequence number; settling, at the payment/lottery management server, a final payment amount excluding winning money from the payment amount of the customer if the payment sequence number matches the predetermined winning sequence number, and sending the winning information (winning money information) to the on-line payment server; providing payment information excluding the winning money from the on-line payment server to a finance server with a signal for request of a credit inquiry and card payment of the card; sending the payment information of the customer from the finance server to the on-line payment server; and sending the winning information from the payment/lottery management server to the payer's PC together with the payment information for outputting on its screen.
27 . The lottery method of claim 26 , further comprising the steps of:
sending winning probability information from the payer's PC in advance; registering the winning probability information at the payment/lottery management server; receiving customer information and a payment signal from the 's PC; and automatically extracting the pre-registered winning probability information from the customer information and executing the sequence numbering within the winning probability group at the payment/lottery management server.
28 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
sending a card number and card information, a terminal ID number, payment amount information, and no-interest installment information selected by a customer from a card payment terminal to a payment/lottery management server over a data communication network upon card payment; giving a payment sequence number of the customer after a previous payment sequence number within a group classified based on the no-interest installment information of the card payer at the payment/lottery management server; confirming at the payment/lottery management server in real times whether or not the customer is a prize winner; if the customer is not a prize winner, sending non-winning information on the customer from the payment/lottery management server to the card payment terminal; sending the payment information from the card payment terminal to an electronic authentication server and a finance payment server for conducting a payment process; sending the payment information of the customer from the finance payment server to the card payment terminal; outputting the non-winning information on a receipt with the payment information at the card payment terminal; if the customer is a prize winner, sending the payment information and winning information (no-interest installment information) from the payment/lottery management server to the card payment terminal based on the no-interest installment information by the groups; sending the payment information and no-interest installment winning information from the card payment terminal to an electronic authentication server and a finance payment server: executing a no-interest installment process of the customer at the finance payment server, and at the same time sending the payment information to the card payment terminal; and outputting the winning information (no-interest installment information) on a receipt with the payment information at the card payment terminal.
29 . The lottery method of claim 28 , further comprising the steps of:
sending a selection signal for selecting one of a 3-month no-interest group, a 5-month no-interest group, and a 12-month no-interest group from the card payment terminal; and executing a sequence numbering of the customer for the no-interest group selected by the customer at the payment/lottery management server.

The lottery method of claim 29 , wherein the step of executing the sequence numbering by the no-interest groups at the payment/lottery management server provides a winning probability differentiated by the no-interest installment periods such that payment customers who select the 3-month no-interest installment are classified into a same group and one per 3 persons is decided as a prize winner, and payment customers who select the 5-month no-interest installment are classified into a same group and one per 5 persons is decided as a prize winner.
31 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
designating and classifying loaned moneys into plural amount units in advance at a payment/lottery management server; generating a loan event signal from a finance payment server processing predetermined loan goods; sending loaned money information of a loanee and a pre-given finance company ID number from the finance payment server to the payment/lottery management server through a data communication network; giving a payment sequence number of the customer after a previous payment sequence number within a group pre-classified based on the loaned money information of the loanee at the payment/lottery management server; comparing the given sequence number of the customer with a predetermined winning sequence number to decide a winning or non-winning; if the customer is a prize winner, extracting adjustment information for adjusting a loan interest rate or loan principal of the customer depending on an interest discount rate pre-designated by a finance company or a loan principal discount rate at the payment/lottery management server, and sending winning information (winning money information) to the finance payment server; and sending loan interest rate information adjusted by the winning money or loan principal adjustment information from the finance payment server to a finance goods purchaser.

A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, wherein the lottery method offers a winning benefit to a prize winner by judging whether or not a given sequence number matches a predetermined winning sequence number, the winning benefit indicating an adjusted interest rate in case of a deposit and installment savings goods and the given sequence number being provided in the order of time of the deposit and installment savings payment within each group by deposit and installment savings units.
33 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, wherein the lottery method classifies exchange and remittance amounts into groups so as to reduce a finance service charge caused by occurrence of the exchange and remittance, and exempts the service charge when a customer draws a winning number based on a given sequence number in a group classified by the exchange and remittance amount of the customer.
34 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
sending card information, a terminal ID number, payment amount information, sequence numbering direction information (reverse sequence numbering or forward sequence numbering) from a card payment terminal prepared in a chain store to a payment/lottery management server; giving a payment sequence number of the customer according to the sequence numbering direction selected by the customer within a pre-classified payment amount group by the payment/lottery management server; judging at the payment/lottery management server whether or not the payment sequence number of the customer matches a predetermined winning sequence number; judging, at the payment/lottery management server, the payer to be a prize winner if the payment sequence number matches the predetermined winning sequence number, and sending the winning information to the card payment terminal; generating a payment signal of a payment amount of a payment amount excluding the winning money at the card payment terminal; performing card payment, at an electronic authentication server and a finance payment server, in response to the payment signal from the card payment terminal, and sending the payment information to the card payment terminal; and outputting the payment information and the winning information on a receipt at the card payment terminal.
35 . The lottery method of claim 34 , wherein if the customer selects the reverse sequence numbering, the sequence number is given in the reverse direction until one payment customer of the following sequence numbers selects the reverse sequence numbering.
36 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
sending card information, a terminal ID number, payment amount information, and sequence number skip information selected by a customer, from a card payment terminal prepared in a chain store to a payment/lottery management server; giving a payment sequence number of the customer according to the sequence number skip number of times selected by the customer within a pre-classified payment amount group at the payment/lottery management server; judging at the payment/lottery management server whether or not the payment sequence number of the customer matches a predetermined winning sequence number; judging, at the payment/lottery management server, the payer to be a prize winner if the payment sequence number matches the predetermined winning sequence number, and sending the winning information to the card payment terminal; generating a payment signal of a payment amount of a payment amount excluding the winning money at the card payment terminal; performing card payment, at an electronic authentication server and a finance payment server, in response to the payment signal from the card payment terminal, and sending the payment information to the card payment terminal; and outputting the payment information and the winning information on a receipt at the card payment terminal.
37 . The lottery method of claim 36 , wherein the sequence number skip is selectable by the customer, regardless of the sequence number skip number of times.

A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, wherein the proprietor of a chain store can provide a separate payment sequence numbering service by days, weeks and months, and perform a payment sequence numbering in group units by payment amounts, and conduct a different sequence numbering by lottery object person number groups according to a customer's selection.
39 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, wherein the proprietor of a chain store provides a change of the payment sequence numbering by specific time of a specific weekday several times.
40 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, wherein the lottery method is conducted in a manner that information for payment sequence numbering within each group by greater amounts than a payment amount is contained in a bar code (including RFID) of each goods being solved by a large discount mart so that the payment sequence numbering is processed within each group by greater amounts upon scanning of the bar code.
41 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, wherein the lottery method classifies electronic moneys into groups by amounts by using the electronic moneys such as cyber money or advertisement view point, gives a sequence number by application time within each group, and decides a corresponding customer to be a prize winner if the given sequence number matches a predetermined sequence number to tender an accumulated electronic money as a winning money.
42 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
generating a payment signal by inputting personal information for delivery via ARS in a state where a payer connects to an on-line payment server through a payer's telephone terminal; sending payment amount information of the payer, purchaser personal information, and a pre-given ID number of a home shopping mall from the on-line payment server to a payment/lottery management server via a data communication network; extracting returned goods information of the customer based on the payment amount information and personal information of the card payer and comparing the extracted information with reference sequence number information at the payment/lottery management server; if the payment customer is a customer who returns goods above a predetermined number of times which is a reference returnable in the month unit, classifies the customer as a customer who cannot receive the sequence numbering service in that month, and generating sequence numbering impossibility information at the payment/lottery management server; if the payment customer is a customer who returns goods below the predetermined number of times which is a reference returnable in the month unit, giving a payment sequence number after a previous sequence number within a group pre-classified depending on the payment amount of the payment customer at the payment/lottery management server; if the customer is non-winner, sending non-winning information from the payment/lottery management server to the on-liner payment server; outputting the non-winning information (or sequence numbering impossibility customer information) from the on-liner payment server to a telephone terminal of the payer as voice through ARS; providing a signal for request of a credit inquiry of a credit card and card payment of the card from the on-line payment server to a finance server for conducting a payment process; outputting the non-winning information (or sequence numbering impossibility information) from the on-liner payment server to the telephone terminal of the payer as voice through ARS; if the customer is a customer who can receive a sequence numbering service and is a prize winner, settling a final payment amount excluding the winning from the payment amount of the customer at the payment/lottery management server; outputting the winning information (winning money information) to the telephone terminal of the payer as voice through ARS; and making payment for an amount excluding the winning money at the on-line payment server.
43 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
generating a payment signal by inputting personal information for delivery via ARS in a state where a payer connects to an on-line payment server through a payer's telephone terminal; sending payment amount information of the payer, purchaser personal information, a pre-given ID number of a home shopping mall and returnable time limit information of goods from the on-line payment server to a payment/lottery management server via a data communication network; designating sequence numbering possibility period information of the customer based on the payment amount information of the card payer, the personal information and the returnable time limit information of the card payer, and generating a serial number associated with the sequence numbering possibility period information; registering the serial number with the customer information and the sequence numbering possibility period information; sending the serial number and the sequence numbering possibility period information from the payment/lottery management server to the on-line payment server; performing a payment process by using a credit card of the customer at the on-line payment server. outputting the serial number, the payment information and the sequence numbering service possibility period information from the on-liner payment server to a telephone terminal of the payer as voice through ARS; applying the pre-given serial number through a web connection or ARS-connection to the payment/lottery management server from the customer's telephone terminal upon arrival of the sequence numbering service possibility period for goods purchase; extracting the pre-registered personal information and the payment information of the customer based on the serial number, and designating a payment amount group based on the payment information at the payment/lottery management server; conducting, at the payment/lottery management server, a sequence numbering within the group to decide whether or the customer is a prize winner; if the customer is non-winner, outputting non-winning information to a telephone terminal of the payer as voice through ARS or to the customer PC, at the payment/lottery management server; and if the customer is a prize winner, providing a winning money, a credit card number of the customer, and a winning money reserving request signal to a finance server for reserving the winning money, at the payment/lottery management server.
44 . The lottery method of claim 43 , further comprising the step of executing a sequence numbering at the time when the payment/lottery management server receives a purchase decision signal from the customer's telephone or PC.
45 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, wherein the lottery method integrates and accumulates reserve funds sent from plural chain stores when a consumer purchases goods, and decides the consumer to be a prize winner if the reserve fund of the consumer exceeds a specific reference amount by a selection of the consumer for a specific accumulated money group, to discount or accumulate a winning money.
46 . The lottery method of claim 45 , which comprises the steps of:
registering a specific accumulated money at a payment/lottery management server; sending card information, a terminal ID number, and payment amount information from a card payment terminal to the payment/lottery management server via a data communication network; deciding a reserve fund based on the payment amount information of the card and accumulating the reserve fund by adding the reserve fund to a previously accumulated amount at the payment/lottery management server; comparing the accumulated reserve fund of the payment customer with the pre-registered amount at the payment/lottery management server, to judge whether or not the accumulated reserve fund exceeds the pre-registered amount; if the accumulated reserve fund exceeds the pre-registered amount, deciding the payment customer to be a prize winner, settling a final payment amount excluding a winning money from the payment amount of the customer at the payment/lottery management server, and sending winning information (winning money information) to the card payment terminal; sending the payment information excluding the winning money from the card payment terminal to an electronic authentication server and a finance server for conducting a payment process; if the accumulated reserve fund is less than the pre-registered money, deciding the payment customer to be non-winner, and sending a payment signal for the payment amount of the payment customer and the non-winning information from the payment/lottery management server to the card payment terminal; and sending the payment information from the card payment terminal to the electronic authentication server and finance server for conducting a payment process, and outputting the non-winning information provided from the payment/lottery management server on a receipt.
47 . The lottery method of claim 45 , wherein the accumulated reserve fund at the time of payment which compares with the registered money as a winning reference money contains a reserve fund given by payment of the customer.
48 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
receiving and registering information on BP (big point) goods from a POS terminal prepared in a large mart at a payment/lottery management server; receiving the payment information from the POS terminal, extracting the pre-registered BP goods information of the store, and comparing the extracted information with transmitted payment information, to judge whether or not the payment information on the BP goods is contained in the payment information, at the payment/lottery management server; exchanging a reserve fund for each goods at the payment/lottery management server; extracting group information by accumulated amounts and performing a sequence numbering within the corresponding group; judging at the payment/lottery management server whether the payer is a prize winner based on the sequence numbering, and if so, subtracting a winning money and conducting a payment process; sending winning information and payment information to the POS terminal; if there exists a residual reserve fund, accumulating the residual reserve fund directly; and receiving, at the POS terminal, the payment information and the winning information from the payment/lottery management server, and printing a receipt having the above information for providing to the customer.
49 . The lottery method of claim 48 , wherein the BP goods is event goods with higher exchange rate than other goods.
50 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
receiving payment information from a card payment terminal (van terminal) prepared in department or a chain store and computing a reserve fund for a payment amount based on a reserving rate of the chain store, at a payment/lottery management server; extracting group information by reserve funds and conducting a sequence numbering within the corresponding group at the payment/lottery management server; judging at the payment/lottery management server whether the payer is a prize winner based on the sequence numbering, and if so, subtracting a winning money and conducting a payment process; sending the winning information and the payment information to the card payment terminal, and if there is a residual reserve fund, accumulating the residual reserve fund; receiving, at the card payment terminal, the payment information and the winning information from the payment/lottery management server and prints a receipt having the above information for providing to the customer; providing an additional sequence numbering request signal for the BP goods to the payment/lottery management server, without going through the van server, through a chain store's PC or a separate input unit by using the receipt presented by the customer; judging at the payment/lottery management server whether the payer is a prize winner based on the sequence numbering, and if so, accumulating a winning money to a credit card of the customer; and outputting the winning information on a screen or a sheet through the chain store's PC or a separate input unit.
51 . The lottery method of claim 50 , wherein if there are BP goods upon first receipt of payment information, the payment/lottery management server applies the pre-registered reserving rate of the chain store without change, to compute a reserve fund, because the card payment terminal cannot send the individual goods information.
52 . The lottery method of claim 50 , wherein the step of generating the additional sequence numbering request signal generates a sequence numbering request signal for a residual reserve fund subtracting the reserve fund of the BP goods which are subjected to the first sequence numbering at a reserving point of the actual BP goods.
53 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
sending a gift certificate purchase signal to a payment/lottery management server through ARS, PC, or a separate input unit via a server of an issue of the gift certificate; executing, at the payment/lottery management server, a sequence numbering service based on customer information and payment amount information, to judge whether or not a customer is a prize winner; and sending the information from the payment/lottery management server to the issuer of the gift certificate to conduct a discount or reserving process.
54 . A lottery system based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery system comprising:
a card payment terminal arranged in a chain store for sending card information and payment information, to be regarded as the object of the lottery based on the payment sequence number for amount payment through a credit card, to a payment/lottery management server, and indicating winning or non-winning information of the credit card on a sale receipt; an electronic authentication server for performing an authentication process in response to a credit inquiry request signal for the amount payment of the credit card from the card payment terminal; a finance payment server prepared in a payment center of a credit card company for conducting an amount payment process for the credit card which is authenticated by the electronic authentication server; a customer's hand phone for registering a hand phone number and a credit card number in a payment/lottery management server so that a reserve fund given by the payment/lottery management server is automatically processed, and inputting setting data for the automatic reserve fund process to generate an automatic process setting signal; and the payment/lottery management server for receiving and registering the hand phone number, the automatic process point setting information, and the credit card number information from the customer's hand phone, receiving an amount payment request signal and card information, payment amount information, customer hand phone number or credit card number information from the card payment terminal, automatically designating a corresponding group among pre-classified groups by payment amount units based on the process information set by the customer, giving a payment sequence number within the group, and deciding whether or not the given sequence number matches a pre-designated winning sequence number to conduct a winning process, and sending winning information to the card payment terminal.
55 . The lottery system of claim 54 , wherein the payment/lottery management server registers information on each chain store in a phone page to search it through the customer's hand phone.
56 . The lottery system of claim 54 , wherein the payment/lottery management server includes:
a wire/wireless gateway for matching data sent through a web network and a wireless Internet network with a protocol prepared in the server; a connection part for connecting the data sent through the gateway to an inside module of the server; an authentication center for authenticating whether or not the chain store is an affiliated chain store based on an ID number such as an MAC address of the card payment terminal of each chain store; a connection sensing processor for checking a connection status of the card payment terminal of each chain store; a group designation processor for designating pre-classified groups by payment amounts sent from the card payment terminal; a sequence numbering execution processor for deciding a payment sequence number of the customer within a corresponding group in a state where the group is designated in the group designation processor depending on the payment amount information of the customer applied from the card payment terminal; a cost settlement processor for subtracting a winning money from the payment amount of each customer to settle an amount the card payment terminal of the chain store will pay; a customer information storage part for registering a hand phone number and a credit card number of each customer and setting an automatic reserve fund process type for each customer; a chain store information storage part for registering various search category information for each chain store to search so that the customer searches desired chain store information through a hand phone; a data storage part for storing the ID number of the card payment terminal for each chain store and affiliated chain store information for each ID number, storing payment sequence number information for each payment amount group, and storing the winning information on each group; and a control module for confirming at the authentication center whether the chain store is affiliated or not depending on the payment amount information and chain store code from the card payment terminal through the gateway, confirming whether or not the customer is a prize winner based on the payment sequence number within the group in the state where the payment amount group is designated, registering winning probability point information pre-selected by the customer and extracting the winning probability point information of the customer and executing a sequence numbering within the group when there is a payment signal later, receiving the setting signal of the customer and conducting the setting registration on the automatic reserve fund process in connection with the customer's hand phone or credit card number, classifying each chain store information into plural search categories for their search, and conducting the automatic reserve fund process based on the information on each customer set upon occurrence of the payment signal.

The lottery system of claim 56 , wherein the automatic process information stored in the customer information storage part is registered as one of the setting information which allow a total reserve fund to be used in a sequence numbering service; allow a certain rate of a total reserve fund to be used in a sequence numbering service and a residual reserve fund to be accumulated; and allow a total reserve fund to be accumulated, rather than being used in a sequence numbering service.

The lottery system of claim 56 , wherein the chain store information storage part stores point information (reserve fund information) provided for each chain store, position information of each chain store, telephone number information, selling goods information for each chain store, special event information.
59 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
receiving and registering, at a payment/lottery management server, membership information and reserve fund process setting information, hand phone number information, credit card number information from a customer's PC or hand phone; sending a payment signal including payment amount information and credit card number information from a card payment terminal prepared in a chain store to the payment/lottery management server; extracting, at the payment/lottery management server, setting information of the customer depending on the hand phone number information and credit card number information of the customer sent from the card payment terminal; processing a customer's point based on preset automatic point process information for each customer at the payment/lottery management server; and sending point process result information from the payment/lottery management server to the card payment terminal.

The lottery method of claim 59 , wherein the automatic point process information for each customer which is settable in the payment/lottery management server is registered as one of the setting information which allow a total reserve fund to be used in a sequence numbering service; allow a certain rate of a total reserve fund to be used in a sequence numbering service and a residual reserve fund to be accumulated; and allow a total reserve fund to be accumulated rather than using in a sequence numbering service.
61 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
classifying, at a payment/lottery management server, chain store discount rate information, position information, phone number information, special event information, and selling goods information from a chain store's PC or hand phone by categories, and registering the classified information; sending category information and selection signal information from the customer's hand phone to the payment/lottery management server for chain store search; searching a specific chain store based on a chain store search signal at the payment/lottery management server; and sending searched results from the payment/lottery management server to the customer's hand phone or PC.
62 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
applying a specific chain store search request signal based on goods menus, a given discount rate and location information from a customer's hand phone to a payment/lottery management server; sending searched result information from the payment/lottery management server to the customer's hand phone; receiving, at the payment/lottery management server, an advance reservation application signal (reservation information such as the number of persons and expected payment information) from the customer's hand phone; exchanging a reserved money through the advance reservation application information at the payment/lottery management server, and sending the reserved money; getting a transfer of the reserved money of the customer at the payment/lottery management server; generating a point (reserve fund) for a total expected payment amount of the customer at the payment/lottery management server, and sending it to the customer's hand phone; generating a sequence numbering service request signal through the payment/lottery management server; executing the sequence numbering service at the payment/lottery management server; applying a payment signal from a card payment terminal of the chain store to the payment/lottery management server; sending a final payment amount excluding the reserved money from the payment/lottery management server; and outputting the payment information and winning information on a receipt from the card payment terminal.

The lottery method of claim 62 , further comprising the step of sending amount information excluding the reserved money and winning money from the final payment amount from the payment/lottery management server to the card payment terminal if the customer is confirmed to be a prize winner based on the payment signal.
64 . The lottery method of claim 62 , further comprising the steps of:
if a signal applied to the payment/lottery management server is a provision reservation application signal (reservation information such as the number of persons and expected payment amount), receiving the provisional reservation application information at the payment/lottery management server, and registering a hand phone number of the customer with chain store information and provisional reservation information through a sender indication display service (CID); sending a card number and card information stored in the credit card, a terminal ID number and payment amount information from the card payment terminal to the payment/lottery management server via a data communication network; extracting, at the payment/lottery management server, customer information based on the credit card number of the customer and confirming whether or not the customer in a pre-registered provisional reservation customer; if the customer is the provisional reservation customer, generating an agreed reservation point at the payment/lottery management server, and executing a sequence numbering service.
65 . A lottery system based on a sequence number of payment, wherein a payment amount and payment date, an authentication number created by a payment/lottery management server, a chain store ID number and a phone number, and a chain store's name are written on a receipt provided to a customer, in order that a delivery company receives a sequence numbering service provided by the payment/lottery management server.
66 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
receiving, at a payment/lottery management server, an authentication number request signal and total payment amount information, and a chain store code from a chain store PC or hand phone; receiving the authentication number request signal and total payment amount information, and the chain store code at the payment/lottery management server, and generating an inherent authentication number and registering the authentication number in connection with the information sent from the chain store; outputting, at the chain store PC, the authentication number from the payment/lottery management server on a sheet by including it in a receipt; sending the authentication number from the customer PC or hand phone to the payment/lottery management server; extracting the above information through the authentication number at the payment/lottery management server; and generating, at the payment/lottery management server, a point corresponding to the payment amount and providing a sequence numbering service by using the point.
67 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
registering a master card signal including an authentication number request signal and total payment amount information, and a chain store code, provided from a chain store, in an electronic authentication server and a payment/lottery management server; sending the master card number from a card payment terminal of the chain store to the electronic authentication server; sending a payment signal from the electronic authentication server from the electronic authentication server to the payment/lottery management server, without an actual payment process; receiving, at the payment/lottery management server, the authentication number request signal and total payment amount information, and the chain store code, generating an inherent authentication number, and sending it to the card payment terminal of the chain store; outputting, at the card payment terminal of the chain store, the authentication number provided from the payment/lottery management server on a sheet by including it in a receipt; sending the authentication number from the customer PC or hand phone to the payment/lottery management server; extracting the above information through the authentication number at the payment/lottery management server; and generating, at the payment/lottery management server, a point corresponding to the payment amount and providing a sequence numbering service by using the point.

A lottery system based on a sequence number of payment, wherein a gift certificate issued by a chain store includes contents such as a chain store's name, gift certificate's par value information, fixed period information which is available for point use, point par value information, a serial number of each goods, and interest rate information by periods upon expiration of a point usable period.
69 . A lottery method based on a sequence number of payment, the lottery method comprising the steps of:
receiving, at a payment/lottery management server, gift certificate issuance information having a gift certificate's serial number and par value, provided from a chain store's PC or hand phone; registering, at the payment/lottery management server, the gift certificate issuance information for each chain store; receiving, at the payment/lottery management server, the gift certificate's serial number and selling information from the chain store's PC or hand phone; registering, at the payment/lottery management server, the gift certificate's selling information and generating a point according to selling of the gift certificate; initiating, at the payment/lottery management server, counting for computing a period which is available to use the point; sending point information from the payment/lottery management server to the customer's hand phone or PC; judging at the payment/lottery management server whether the point use request signal is applied within the point usable period or not; if the point use request signal is applied within the point usable period, providing a sequence numbering service at the payment/lottery management server; if the point use request signal is not applied within the point usable period, reducing the provided point and initiating counting for computing the rate of interest by periods at the payment/lottery management server; and if a gift certification use signal is sent from a chain store's card payment terminal or a chain store's PC, halting the counting for the interest rate computation, computing the rate of interest by periods, exchanging the interest rate to a point, and sending the point information to the chain store.Cited by (0)
