Abstract

A vessel includes a body, an intermediate cover, and an upper cover; the intermediate cover is positioned above an upper opening of the body, and has a spout, which forms a liquid outlet of the vessel together with a corresponding spout formed on the body; the upper cover is threadedly joined in the upper end of the body to fix the intermediate cover to the body; the spout of the body has a transverse upwards-sticking first stopping portion, and the spout of the intermediate cover has a transverse downwards-sticking second stopping portion; the first and the second stopping portions are a distance from each other, and the uppermost end of the first stopping portion is higher than the lowermost end of the second stopping portion; thus, the stopping portions together make it difficult for poisonous substance to be added the contents of the body through the outlet.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A vessel, comprising
a containing body, the containing body having an opening on an upper end thereof; the containing body having a plurality of joining portions under the opening; the containing body having a passage between every two adjacent ones of the joining portions; the containing body having a spout protruding from a first side thereof; the spout having a middle portion, and two raised edges on two sides of the middle portion; the spout having a first transverse stopping portion thereon, which is higher than the raised edges of the spout; an intermediate covering part positioned on the upper end of the containing body; the intermediate covering part having an annular portion; the intermediate covering part having a spout protruding from a first side of the annular portion; the spout of the intermediate covering part having a middle portion, and two raised edges on two sides of the middle portion; the spout having a second transverse stopping portion, which sticks beyond the raised edges of the spout; the spouts of the containing body and the intermediate covering part adjoining each other to form a passage; and an upper cover, the upper cover having a joining portion on an outer circumferential side thereof; the upper cover having a plurality of plate parts on an upper end thereof; the upper cover being joined in the containing body with the joining portions adjoining the joining portions of the containing body.

2 . The vessel as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the joining portions of the containing body and the upper cover are threaded.

3 . The vessel as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the containing body has a handle sticking from a second side thereof, which faces in an opposite direction from the first side formed with the spout.

4 . The vessel as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the handle has an embedding cavity thereon, and an identifying block is embedded in the embedding cavity.

5 . The vessel as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the intermediate covering part has an inner annular member, which exists within the annular portion; the inner annular member having a gap thereon, which faces in an opposite direction from the spout of the intermediate covering part.

6 . The vessel as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the second stopping portion of the spout of the intermediate covering part is serrated.

7 . The vessel as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the upper cover has an annular recessed portion on the upper end, and the plate parts are pivotal and held in the annular recessed portion.

8 . The vessel as claimed in claim 7 , wherein each of the pivotal plate parts has a recessed portion on an outward edge of a bottom side thereof, which outward edge is farthest away from a pivotal portion than other portions of said pivotal plate part.

9 . The vessel as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first stopping portion of the spout of the containing body and the second stopping portion of the spout of the intermediate covering part are a distance from each other, and an uppermost end of the first stopping portion is higher than a lowermost end of the second stopping portion.
