Abstract

A molecule capable of potentiating immune responses is described, as well as methods for using the molecule to enhance immune responses and enhance dendritic cell function. Also described are compositions containing the molecule and methods for using the compositions to treat or immunize individuals.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:3 or SEQ ID NO:4.

2 . The nucleic acid of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide is an immunoglobulin variable chain.

3 . The nucleic acid of claim 2 , wherein the polypeptide is an immunoglobulin variable heavy chain.

4 . The nucleic acid of claim 2 , wherein the polypeptide is an immunoglobulin variable light chain.

         5 . A vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 1 .

         6 . A host cell comprising the vector of claim 5 .
