Abstract

A compound represented by the following formula (I) or (II): wherein, in the formula (I), R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , and R 4 independently represent methyl group or ethyl group; and in the formula (II), R 5 , R 6 , R 7 , and R 8 independently represent methyl group or ethyl group and X − represents an anion, and a reagent for measurement of nitric oxide which comprises said compound.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A compound represented by the following formula (I)′:

       wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , and R 4 independently represent methyl group or ethyl group.

       2 . The compound of the formula (I)′ according to claim 1 wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , and R 4 are methyl groups.

3 . A reagent composition for measurement of nitric oxide which comprises a compound represented by the formula (I)′ according to claim 1 .

4 . A compound represented by the following formula (III)′:

       wherein R 11 , R 12 , R 13 , and R 14 independently represent methyl group or ethyl group.

       5 . The compound of the formula (III)′ according to claim 4 , wherein R 11 , R 12 , R 13 , and R 14 are methyl groups.

6 . A method for measurement of nitric oxide, which comprises:
 (1) a step of reacting a compound represented by the formula (I)′ according to claim 1 with nitric oxide, and (2) a step of detecting a compound represented by the formula (III)′ having the following formula produced in (1).
