Abstract
Methods of assessing the effect of a drug on long term memory and for screening a pharmaceutical agent for its ability to modulate long term memory are disclosed.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 74 . (canceled)
75 . An isolated DNA encoding an activator associated with the potentiation of long term memory, wherein the activator comprises a CREB/CREM/ATF-1 subfamily member.
76 . An isolated DNA encoding a repressor associated with blocking long term memory, wherein the repressor comprises an antagonist of the activator of claim 75 .
77 . An isolated DNA which hybridizes under high stringency conditions to a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 7.
78 . An isolated activator associated with the potentiation of long term memory, wherein the activator comprises a CREB/CREM/ATF-1 subfamily member.
79 . An isolated repressor associated with blocking long term memory, wherein the repressor comprises an antagonist of the activator of claim 78 .Cited by (0)
