Abstract

The present invention relates to mascara. The mascara is configured to include: disk plates 10 to 50 on which combs 11 to 51 and brushes 12 to 52 are formed to be radially protruded along the outer circumferential surfaces thereof; and a predetermined stacking means by which a plurality of single disk plates 10 to 50 are coupled to be stacked. Thereby, the plurality of disk plates in a thin panel shape of which the outer circumferential surfaces are formed with the combs and the brushes are stacked to complete predetermined mascara, such that the stacking arrangement of the disks becomes various. As a result, the comb/brush can be arranged as desired such that the external appearance of the mascara can be various and gorgeous. Further, the mascara can perform various cosmetic functions due to a composite type of the comb and brush. In addition, when a portion of the comb or the brush is damaged, the mascara can be reused by replacing only the corresponding disk plate such that it has effects that the lifespan can be long as well as the reliability of a product can be improved, and the like.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . Mascara comprising:
disk plates 10 to 50 on which combs 11 to 51 and brushes 12 to 52 are formed to be radially protruded along the outer circumferential surface thereof; and; a predetermined stacking means by which the plurality of single disk plates 10 to 50 are coupled to be stacked.

2 . The mascara according to claim 1 , wherein the disk plate 10 has a through hole 10 a formed on a center thereof and a stacking means corresponding thereto is a core bar 15 that is penetrated to be fixed to the through hole 10 a of the disk plate 10 to stack the plurality of disk plates 10 .

3 . The mascara according to claim 2 , wherein the inner circumferential surface of the central through hole 10 b of the disk plate 10 becomes an asymmetric structure in an irregular oval shape.

4 . The mascara according to claim 2 , wherein the inner circumferential surface of the central through hole 10 c of the disk plate 10 becomes a cross shape.

5 . The mascara according to claim 2 , wherein the inner circumferential surface of the central through hole 10 d of the disk plate 10 becomes a plurality of saw-toothed structures.

6 . The mascara according to claim 2 , wherein the central through hole 10 e of the disk plate 10 becomes a polygonal surface where the inner circumferential surface thereof is subdivided at a fine angle.

7 . The mascara according to claim 2 , wherein the stacking means is configured to include a base plate 25 having the disk plate 20 stacked on the upper surface thereof and a plurality of upright pillars 26 that stand along an edge of the base plate 25 but are arranged to be spaced at a predetermined interval from each other so that the comb 21 and the brush 22 of the disk plate 20 are exposed to the outside.

8 . The mascara according to claim 1 , wherein the stacking means is a structure where each stumbling protrusion 30 a and each stumbling sill 30 b are alternately formed on the bottom surfaces of each disk plate 30 along a circumferential direction so that the stumbling protrusion 30 a and the stumbling sill 30 b are coupled to a stumbling sill 30 b and a stumbling protrusion 30 a of another disk plate 30 that overlap each other.

9 . The mascara according to claim 1 , wherein the stacking means is a structure where each coupling protrusions 40 a and each coupling hole 40 b are alternately formed on the bottom surfaces of each disk plate 30 along a circumferential direction so that the coupling protrusions 40 a and the coupling hole 40 b are engaged and coupled to coupling holes 40 b and coupling protrusions 40 a of other disk plates 40 that overlap each other in a fitting manner.

10 . The mascara according to claim 1 , wherein the upper portion of the outer circumferential surface of the disk plate 50 becomes a curved portion 50 a , the lower portion thereof becomes an inclined cone portion 50 b , and the upper portion of the inner circumferential surface is a cup shape where a cone portion 50 c has the same slope as the outside cone portion 50 b and the stacking means is formed in a structure where the lower cone portion 50 b of the disk plate 50 is inserted into the upper inner portion of the another disk plate 50 and coupled to each other in a state where they overlap each other.

11 . The mascara according to claim 11 , wherein the disk plate 10 is a disk plate where the comb and the brush are formed by a multi-injection

12 . The mascara according to claim 11 , wherein the comb 11 is a single comb structure that is integrally formed.

13 . The mascara according to claim 11 , wherein a multi-comb structure that is formed in one or more comb.
