Abstract

The invention relates to the field of chemical plant protection, especially the use of a specific compound as a penetration enhancer for agrochemical active ingredients from the group of fungicides and plant protection agents containing said compound. The compound used is tributoxyethyl phosphate (TBEP).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A crop protection agent combination comprising the components
 (A) one or more active substances selected from the group consisting of fungicides other than the fungicide prochloraz, (B) tributoxyethyl phosphate (TBEP), (C) optionally one or more emulsifiers and (D) optionally one or more further auxiliary and/or additive.

2 . A method for protecting a crop comprising applying a crop protection agent as claimed in claim 1 , to plants attacked and/or threatened by harmful organisms.

3 . A preparation comprising a crop protection agent as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the components are mixed with one another in a ratio desired.

4 . A method of controlling harmful organisms comprising applying, the components of a crop protection agent as claimed in claim 1 being to plants attacked and/or threatened by the harmful organisms.

5 . A method of enhancing penetration of an agrochemical active compound in a plant said method comprising applying to said plant,
 (A) at least one active substance selected from the group consisting of fungicides, (B) tributoxyethyl phosphate (TBEP) and (C) optionally one or more emulsifiers, wherein said components (A), (B) and optionally (C) are applied simultaneously and/or sequentially to a plant that could be, attacked and/or threatened by harmful organisms.

6 . A method as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the components A, B, and C are applied simultaneously or sequentially to a plant capable of being attacked and/or threatened by harmful organisms.

7 . A method for controlling harmful organisms, comprising applying to a plant capable of being attacked and/or threatened by harmful organisms, the following components:
 (A) at least one active substance selected from the group consisting of fungicides (B) tributoxyethyl phosphate (TBEP) and (C) optionally one or more emulsifiers.

8 . A combination for enhancing penetration of an agrochemical compound comprising:
 (A) at least one active substance selected from the group consisting of fungicides (B) tributoxyethyl phosphate (TBEP) in an amount of from 2.5 to 150.0 g/ha and (C) optionally one or more emulsifiers.

9 . A combination of claim 1 , wherein said emulsifier is at least one selected from the group consisting of ionic and nonionic emulsifiers having an HLB value of from 10 to 7.

10 . A method of claim 2 , wherein said emulsifier is at least one selected from the group consisting of ionic and nonionic emulsifiers having an HLB value of from 10 to 7.

11 . A preparation of claim 3 , wherein said emulsifier is at least one selected from the group consisting of ionic and nonionic emulsifiers having an HLB value of from 10 to 7.

12 . A combination of claim 4 , wherein said emulsifier is at least one selected from the group consisting of ionic and nonionic emulsifiers having an HLB value of from 10 to 7.

13 . A method of claim 5 , wherein said emulsifier is at least one selected from the group consisting of ionic and nonionic emulsifiers having an HLB value of from 10 to 7.

14 . A method of claim 6 , wherein said emulsifier is at least one selected from the group consisting of ionic and nonionic emulsifiers having an HLB value of from 10 to 7.

15 . A method of claim 7 , wherein said emulsifier is at least one selected from the group consisting of ionic and nonionic emulsifiers having an HLB value of from 10 to 7.

16 . A combination of claim 8 , wherein said emulsifier is at least one selected from the group consisting of ionic and nonionic emulsifiers having an HLB value of from 10 to 7.
