Novel mammalian zcyto7 polypeptides, polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides, and related compositions and methods including antibodies and anti-idiotypic antibodies.

1 . An isolated antibody or binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to a polypeptide consisting of amino acid residues 21-180 of SEQ ID NO:2. 
     
     
         2 . The isolated antibody or binding fragment of  claim 1 , wherein the isolated antibody or binding fragment is a monoclonal antibody. 
     
     
         3 . The isolated antibody or binding fragment of  claim 1 , wherein the isolated antibody or binding fragment is a polyclonal antibody. 
     
     
         4 . The isolated antibody or binding fragment of  claim 1 , wherein the isolated antibody or binding fragment is humanized. 
     
     
         5 . The isolated antibody or binding fragment of  claim 4 , wherein the humanized antibody or binding fragment has non-human complementarity determining regions (CDRs) grafted onto a human framework and constant regions. 
     
     
         6 . The isolated antibody or binding fragment of  claim 4 , wherein the variable domains of the humanized antibody or binding fragment are of non-human origin.

         11 . The isolated antibody or binding fragment of  claim 10 , wherein the genetically engineered antibody or binding fragment is a chimeric antibody, Fv fragment, single-chain antibody, or synthetic antigen-binding peptide or polypeptide. 
     
     
         12 . The isolated antibody or binding fragment of  claim 1 , wherein the isolated antibody or binding fragment further comprises an affinity tag.
