Abstract
An organic solar cell device comprising a substrate, a power-generating laminate and a barrier laminate provided on at least one side of the power-generating laminate, wherein the power-generating laminate comprises a pair of electrodes and an organic layer disposed between the electrodes, and the barrier laminate comprises at least one organic polymer layer and at least one inorganic layer, is flexible and highly-durable.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An organic solar cell device comprising a substrate, a power-generating laminate and a barrier laminate provided on at least one side of the power-generating laminate,
wherein the power-generating laminate comprises a pair of electrodes, and the barrier laminate comprises at least one organic polymer layer and at least one inorganic layer.
2 . The organic solar cell device according to claim 1 , wherein the barrier laminate comprises at least two organic polymer layers and at least two inorganic layers.
3 . The organic solar cell device according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein the organic polymer layer of the barrier laminate comprises a (meth)acrylate polymer as a main ingredient thereof.
4 . The organic solar cell device according to claim 1 , comprising a barrier laminate, a power-generating laminate and a barrier laminate layered in that order on a plastic film.
5 . The organic solar cells device according to claim 1 , comprising a barrier laminate, a power-generating laminate, a barrier laminate and a plastic film layered in that order on a plastic film.
6 . The organic solar cell device according to claim 1 , wherein a protective layer is disposed in at least one between the power-generating laminate and the barrier laminate.
7 . The organic solar cell device according to claim 1 , wherein the power generating laminate is covered with at least one of the barrier laminate and the protective layer.
8 . The organic solar cell device according to claim 1 , wherein the inorganic layer of the barrier laminate comprises a silicon oxide, a silicon nitride, a silicon oxinitride, an aluminum oxide, an aluminum nitride or an aluminum oxinitride.Cited by (0)
