Point BaiCao card game suitable for casino play

Abstract

A card game suitable for casino play wherein the players determine the point value within the hand and based upon the numerical value of the cards, where face cards except for the Ace have a value of ten and thus zero points, wherein the nine card has the highest value and the Ace card has a value of one and is therefore the lowest value held by a card.

1 . A point BaiCao card game suitable for casino play, wherein card players are dealt a hand of cards, the game comprising:
 a hand of cards comprising a first card, a second card, a third card and a fourth card, wherein the cards are aligned with the first card placed in a row above the row formed by the second card, the third card, and the fourth card;   a point value is assigned to the cards, wherein the card players compare the values of the rows, as calculated by the point value assigned to the cards, wherein the numbered cards are their face value and the face cards are valued at 10 points, and move the cards between the rows to achieve the top row having a lower numerical value than the bottom row;   the card players then compare the values of the rows to determine the winner, wherein the top row value is determined first to ascertain a winner, and the second row value is determined if the players have an equal number of points in the top row, if the players values are equal a push situation will occur, wherein the total value of both rows is calculated to determine the winner;   if the players are tied for point value in the first row and have a pair in the second row, the highest point value pair determines the winner, where if the pairs are equal value a no win is declared.   
   
   
       2 . The point BaiCao card game suitable for casino play of  claim 1  further comprising a bonus play, wherein the winner of the bonus play is determined by traditional poker rules. 
   
   
       3 . A point BaiCao card game suitable for casino play, wherein card players are dealt a hand of cards, the game comprising:
 a hand of cards comprising a first card, a second card, a third card, a fourth card and a fifth card, wherein the cards are aligned with the first card and the second card placed in a row above a row formed by the third card, the fourth card and the fifth card;   a point value is assigned to the cards, wherein the card players compare the values of the rows, as calculated by the point value assigned to the cards, wherein the numbered cards are their face value and the face cards are valued at 10 points, and move the cards between the rows to achieve the top row having a lower numerical value than the bottom row;   the card players then compare the values of the rows to determine the winner, wherein the top row value is determined first to ascertain a winner, and the second row value is determined if the players have an equal number of points in the top row, if the players values are equal a push situation will occur, wherein the total value of both rows is calculated to determine the winner;   if the players are tied for point value in the first row and have a pair in the second row, the highest point value pair determines the winner, where if the pairs are equal value a no win is declared.
