Abstract
A drilling tool for rock is disclosed. The tool has a drill rod and a cup-shaped drill head, where the drill head and the drill rod can be connected detachably but rotationally secured with each other via a coupling mechanism which has at least one rotary lock-in slot of the drill head running along a tool axis and at least one rotary lock-in bar that can be inserted into the rotary lock-in slot and that is arranged on the end of the drill rod. The coupling mechanism in this case has an elastic lock for holding the rotary lock-in bar in the rotary lock-in slot.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A drilling tool for rock, comprising:
a drill rod; and a cup-shaped drill head; wherein the drill rod and the drill head are detachably connectable and rotationally securable with respect to each other via a rotary lock-in slot of the drill head running along a tool axis and a rotary lock-in bar arranged on an end of the drill rod that is insertable into the rotary lock-in slot, and wherein an elastic lock holds the rotary lock-in bar in the rotary lock-in slot.
2 . The drilling tool according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic lock is arranged on the drill rod.
3 . The drilling tool according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic lock is arranged on the drill head.
4 . The drilling tool according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic lock is a spring element arranged on the rotary lock-in bar which is moveable spring-elastically in a circumferential direction of the drill rod.
5 . The drilling tool according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic lock is a spring element arranged on the drill head which is moveable spring-elastically in a circumferential direction of the drill head.
6 . The drilling tool according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic lock includes an elastic wall section of the drill head and wherein a width of the rotary lock-in slot in a region of an axial opening is smaller than a greatest width of the rotary lock-in bar.
7 . The drilling tool according to claim 6 , wherein a projection which narrows the opening is arranged on the elastic wall section in the region of the axial opening.
8 . The drilling tool according to claim 7 , wherein a slot is arranged in the elastic wall section in a region lying, in a working rotational direction, behind the projection.
9 . The drilling tool according to claim 1 , wherein the rotary lock-in slot has a beveling in a region of an opening.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
