Abstract
A terminal platform comprising a first terminal block securable to a housing of the battery, a second terminal block configured to electrically connect to a terminal wire of the battery, and an insulating support electrically isolating the second terminal block from the first terminal block.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method of manufacturing an electronic assembly of an implantable medical device, the method comprising:
securing a first terminal block of the terminal platform to a housing of a battery; and securing a second terminal block of the terminal platform to a terminal wire of the battery, wherein the second terminal block is retained by an insulating support that is secured between the first terminal block and the second terminal block, and wherein the insulating support electrically isolates the second terminal block from the first terminal block.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
bonding a first ribbon to the first terminal block; and bonding a second ribbon to the second terminal block.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein each bonding comprises laser ribbon bonding.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein securing the first terminal block to the housing of the battery electrically connects the first terminal block to a first terminal of the battery.
5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising inserting the terminal wire into a channel of the second terminal block.
6 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising securing the hybrid platform to a slot of the insulating support.Cited by (0)
